What a fabulous experience!

I didn’t really know what to expect but thought it was a fascinating concept to understand more about what’s going on in my head. I found Rachael easy to talk to and she was able to help me focus on specific areas, or stories I tell myself, to work on.

After the first session I felt really energised and positive and I it absolutely made a difference to the way I went about various situations immediately. The following sessions enable me to build on this.

Rachael was professional and approachable throughout, I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions and learnt a lot to take forward in such a positive way.

My session with Rachael, came at exactly the right time. I was procrastinating and staying stuck, in my: head, work, projects, etc.
Rachael's attention to detail, calm and considerate approach meant my session was calm, unhurried and met me where I was; a lot of silence, that gave me time to think, be listened to and truly heard.
Since my session, the shackles have been well and truly removed. My business and my personal life is flying.
I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough.

In short I feel blessed for Rachael coming into my life. She is one of those extraordinary beings, that in just meeting changes the direction of your life. She has a gift for seeing your potential, even if you don't and an ability to guiding you gentle towards living that potential. She has many skills to support and empower you, not least Psych-K. A simple way to change your sub-conscious beliefs. Only this morning her profound questioning revealed a limiting belief for me, which we changed and in doing so lifted a ton weight off my shoulders! I could not recommend her “Became Unstoppable” program enough.

Before working with Rachel I was experiencing some serious resistance to putting myself out there in my business. I realised I was avoiding marketing myself and having sales conversations with potential clients which was a major hurdle and caused me a lot of anxiety! In just one session, we worked to uncover the limiting belief that was stopping me from fulfilling my true potential. I am not kidding when I say the next day I was a different person. I was making calls and taking action with no trace of the fears and anxieties that had been holding me back. I now have a full diary and I just love talking to people about what my business can offer - it doesn't feel like selling at all! Thank you Rachel!

My PSYCH-K®️ session with Rachel was truly transformational. I have been ill for 14 years but after my session I was finally able to say (and believe!) that I am healthy and well. This is such a profound belief change for me. Rachel has given me my life back. I left the session feeling buoyed and positive about the future and all the good it holds for me. After so many years of feeling broken and useless this is such a joyous experience. In many ways I wish that I had taken the plunge and had a session with Rachel years ago, but at least I know that from hereon in she’s there if I ever need her again.
