I stayed in this property over the Christmas period and hosted Christmas here. I absolutely loved staying in the house and it had everything I needed not only for a comfortable stay but to host. I had my dog with me and the house was great, there is a park around the corner that was very convenient to take her to.

Check in was easy and they had left a bottle of mulled wine and some Christmas sweet treats out for us which was a lovely touch. The bed I thought was really comfortable so that was a nice bonus.

I would recommended this house if you are staying in Southampton and I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at the 3 bedroom property in Cowes over New Year and had a lovely experience. We found the house to be extremely well presented throughout. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained and we appreciated how warm and cosy it was during the winter weather. The property felt well equipped and offered good value for money for the location and quality of accommodation.

The layout worked well for our stay, although its worth noting that the house had quite a few stairs with each room being on top of each other - except 1 room off the lounge. In addition, the entrance and the staircase leading to the top bedroom are quite narrow and steep, which could be a little challenging for guests with mobility issues or lots of luggage.

That said, these points didn't take away from our overall experience. We enjoyed our time there and would happily recommend the property to others looking for a comfortable, well located and well presented house to stay in Cowes.

The house is a 3 bedroomed mid terrace house in the middle of Southsea. Great location for beach, bars, coffee shops, and a Waitrose within 50 meters made shopping really easy. The owners gave us a free parking pass so we could park right outside the house. Parking is first come first served but we never had a problem. One day we missed the parking outside the house but we parked about 20 meters away so no problem.
he house is nice and cosy with a smart TV in the lounge. Kitchen was fully equipped and we even had a coffee maker which was really easy to use. Upstairs was 3 double bedrooms. One of them was an en-suite. The en suite was modern but a bit small. But fine as an ensuite. However most of the time it was just the 2 of us so we used the downstairs bathroom which was much bigger and had eveythignin it. There was a utility room which had washing machine and tumble dryer combined. All in all it was a lovely 6 days in the house and was a perfect location for us to see our son who loves in portsmouth.

We had two weeks in one of their properties near Cirencester, and we were well looked after. The loft conversion flat was well equipped and certainly cosy. The kitchen was easy to use for cooking meals, and two good sized bedrooms and a big living room, all carpeted throughout. In our third day we noticed that the water temperature of the walk-in shower was only lukewarm. Immediately, a workman came to check it out. He determined a new shower unit was needed, it was ordered and next day fitted. Now, that is good service!

They are certainly attentive and polite, v good service. I would stay again at one of their properties.

The house was beautifully decorated and presented. It has so much space and ideal for larger families. The garden is a lovely size too. The location is good for local shops and also access to Souhsea and other places of interest. Blue Puffin answered all our questions promptly prior to our stay and were in contact during the first few days to check if we needed anything within the property to make our stay more comfortable and came out of their way to provide us with a spare set of keys.

We stayed at the 4 bedroom house in Farnwarth, we were a large group and the place was perfect for us. Plenty of space, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Location was great for exploring surrounding areas, we visited the peak district, yorkshire dales and the lake district all within an hours drive from the location. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and was great being so close to manchester. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely stay in Tide Cottage, Southsea. Blue Puffin were great. We had booked another cottage with them, but there was a maintenance issue before our trip so they offered Tide Cottage instead. They kept us informed and it wasn’t a problem. I had a query re parking permits which they responded to on the Saturday which I wasn't expecting. We would definitely book with them again. Thanks

The communication and customer service from Blue Puffin has been great, before, during and after our stay. We didn't have any problems, but they were attentive and helpful at all times.

Great hosts, had a very clean and tidy house for us to use. Always easy to contact and very helpful hosts. Would highly recommend blue puffin stays and will definitely use them again.

Had a lovely stay here. Can't fault anything, Exelent location in the heart of Southshore Portsmouth, bars, shops, beach, dog friendly parks all within 5min walk. Main centre of Portsmouth and Gunwarf keys are about 1/2 hour walk all flat.
But still in a quiet residential area.

Well equipped kitchen, full cooker, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher (a real bonus) fridge and all the pans etc you could need.

There is a utility room with a second fridge, sink and washer/dryer that is really handy.

The main bedroom has a very clever en suite hiding in the wardrobe.

The main bathroom/toilet is downstairs.

Decorated nicely with a seaside theme throughout.

Rear garden/yard is Enclosed so no worries about escaping dogs or children.

Electronic On-Street Parking Permit is provided free by the Property, it's not a dedicated spot, we got a space literally round the corner.

Stayed in October during the first named storm of the year and were still warm and cosy, the double glazing keeps the wind and noise out.

The Hosts agents were very attentive messaging several times during our stay to see if everything was OK and if we needed anything, we didn't but if you did I am sure they would sort it quickly.

Bedroom set up is 1 double en suite and 2 decent sized twins. Beds are comfortable.

The only thing lacking is a view but nothing can be done about that, it's in a pretty and quiet street so the view isn't terrible more homely.

Beautiful home. Stayed away for work and our only quarrel is we wish we could have stayed longer, clean, tidy, so comfy, communication was great. Lovely place and we will be back!

This was my very first experience staying in an Airbnb and the hosts have truly set the standard. The apartment was in a great location near the water, with beautiful views. The apartment was spacious, warm and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. It had all the amenities you needed and was just a short walk to great pubs, restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place if ever you come to the Portsmouth/Southsea area! Just excellent and truly 1st class! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had an excellent stay in Portsmouth. The house was very cosy and clean, perfectly located in a quiet area but walkable from all touristic attractions. Highly recommend!

We had made a last minute booking for 3 families and the 5 bed house being available saved our holidays. The game room kept the kids entertained and the large kitchen/living area helped us to spend quality time socialising. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, large windows meant there was natural light and fresh air. The large garden with climbing frames, swings, tree house also helped the kids to enjoy themselves. The bedding was clean and comfortable and the fans in the room helped us at night. The instructions and response from Kate was precise and timely and the whole stay was enjoyable

Overall the stay was really liked the stay and the living area/ kitchen really made our stay special.

Last minute booking after our original host cancelled our previous property elsewhere. This company were really accommodating and so helpful.. they let us have early arrival too seeing as we had a nightmare morning.
Clean spacious house fully accommodated all 6 of us and the separate bathrooms for all 3 couples was a game changer.
The only negatives were the double bed wasn’t the best in the top bedroom.. the mattress or bed was slightly dipping on the one side so you couldn’t sleep straight without rolling into your side and the WiFi didn’t work in the property but it didn’t stop us from having a great weekend there and we would book this property again for the price we paid.

Victorious Festival.. nerve a rouble getting taxi’s there and we walked back the one night when it finished as we couldn’t get Ubers and it wasn’t that far.
