I tried for two days to renew my travel…
I tried for two days to renew my travel insurance by phone which is my preferred option, however I was just in a queue each time and after 10 to 15 minutes I hung up. Eventually I requested call back. After more than two hours waiting I decided to try and renew online, which wasn't too difficult. About 3.30 hours after requesting call back somebody did ring back. I explained I had renewed online, the caller did apologise. I was disappointed I couldn't use my preferred option.

Issues resolved
Your impossible to contact. There is nobody to talk to. You don't respond to emails.
Your web make is useless and almost impossible to navigate. Overall I need to find new service provider
Blue Insurance reacted to mi issue quickly and resolved all issues over the phone efficiently for which i am grateful

To complete the purchase of the insurance policy, the sales lady who was very polite and explained all relevant information very well - took about 10 minutes all in. However, I was on hold for 51 minutes - no reasonable excuse for being on hold waiting that length of time. I couldn't obtain the insurance online because I was travelling by motorcycle which has a specific loading for same.

Watch out fo
When setting up the policy I had to check the Renew tab before I could procede to payment and of course I forgot to look for a way to stop the renewal of the policy. I feel this is a bit of a scam. They should rely on their goog service to get return custom.

Great cover and very competitive price. Very easy to deal with on the phone. Unfortunately I had to put a medical claim in a few years ago and they were very helpful in dealing with all. Would highly recommend them.

The phone was answered promptly. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very efficient in explaining the policy I was taking out. She explained the policy very clearly and coherently and the transaction was completed quickly.
I wish more online transactions with other operatives would learn from how she dealt with me
