Blueflame Plumbing & Heating attended to an emergency call out for us, out of normal working hours. Ben kept me informed at each stage. Ben & his team were prompt in responding with the initial enquiry and quote/booking in. They attended when they said they would and fixed the outside underground pipe. I would definitely recommend them.

I was in desperate need of a plumber to visit a property we are in the process of purchasing, as we required a bathroom inspection to investigate a noise coming from bathroom toilet when flushed - I spoke with Ben Walters who responded very quickly and kindly scheduled in an appointment to visit the property within a matter of days. Ben was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and professional throughout and was able to support us by providing a full inspection report to identify the problem - We will certainly be using Ben and the services of BlueFlame Plumbing and Heating again for the next stage to carry out the repairs. Having moved to Cirencester in January 2021, we found that we needed a plumber to replace a leaking radiator, replace two defective shower thermostats, repair a leaking stopcock in the loo and replace a kitchen sink drain. We were so lucky to find Ben through a local magazine, and he undertook all our tasks. When replacing the radiator (which our building survey reported that it wasn’t working and the plumbers who had replaced the boiler before we arrived had ignored), Ben discovered that during the initial installation the builders had plumbed the radiator into the cold water system rather than the central heating system!!!! Quite how the builders had approved the central heating system when the house was built 14 years ago remains a mystery.

We found that Ben is hard working, has excellent knowledge, and is polite, neat and tidy. As with all quality tradesmen there is likely to be a waiting list of customers before he can get to you. So, unless it's an emergency, you might not get a instant response. But we found that the results are well worth the wait. Now we always call on Ben for any plumbing issues including the annual boiler service and we wouldn’t go elsewhere! We have no hesitation in recommending Ben if you need a quality plumber, and we a happy to give him a 5* rating.
