Excellent Lactate Threshold Test
Excellent service, and very informative and thorough pre and post test consultation with Dave, who explained everything in a way which is easy to understand, and put across in a way which is easy to take on board.
Would recommend without hesitation to anyone who is thinking of having a Lactate Test, and will definitely be returning myself in a few months time for a re-test to review the changes that Dave’s tweaks to my training program have made.

I am a 66 year old female rock climber…excellent physio
I am a 66 year old female rock climber with a fluctuating painful shoulder problem. Unfortunately sports people of my age, particularly women, can sometimes not be taken seriously, so I was relieved that Blizard Physio was recommended to me, as a specialist 'all' sports physio. I have had one session so far. It was in-depth and thorough, getting to the root of the problem, and I am looking forward to my follow up appointment. All staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming.
I would highly recommend.

Often it is us as the physio, that need to advise our clients that they are capable of so much more. Having frequently been given unhelpful advice to stop the painful activity, they embark on a a cycle of deterioration leading to poor physical and mental health and it is our job to show people how to break that cycle and take positive steps forward. Highly recommended
Consultation with Caroline - identified issues that a physio from another practice did not and I am now making good progress to recovery.
Chris - sports massage - what a fabulous person - always has a smile but again helping me quickly make progress.
Would definitely go back to both.

A little to early to say after only one…
A little to early to say after only one treatment on the back of my leg after having surgery but will continue with treatment and hopefully find a big improvement, the sport massage on the day gave me a good level of relief from my aches and discomfort.

Injury free after a few sessions
I started seeing Jenny for physio after weeks of injury. My GP told me I had knee problems and should stop running. Jenny identified it was something else, reassured me that I could still run again and has got me back running injury free after a few sessions. Professional service that I cannot praise enough.

Thank you! Fantastic professional advice.
Thank you to Jenny for taking the time to deal with my foot pain due to back issues. With the help of your expertise in diagnosis, exercise plans and acupuncture I am able to run again. Following Jenny’s sessions I then attended Celine’s Pilates classes. These are fabulous. Celine is so knowledgeable and really provides a 1:1 service. My posture, core strength and general well-being has improved as a result. Unfortunately work has got in the way and I have had to put sessions on hold but I would highly recommend Blizzard Physio and Celine’s Pilates to everyone. Such a professional and valuable service. Thanks!

Physiotherapy Session
Good service. The injury I'm suffering with was quickly identified and treatment options provided. Hopefully at the conclusion of the treatment the issue will be resolved and I'll be running again.
