It’s taken a while for me to write a review but happy to report that Blinq is an amazing pos. It’s setup is very easy and almost app like in function so no issues around getting up and running as Aksel did for me when demoing the system. It’s so easy to use but has full functionality like all the other extremely expensive pos’ out there.

The other great thing is that customer support really is second to none. I’ve contacted them with minor issues at 10pm and they respond immediately with 100% success rate in resolving issues. They were also very proactive when I initially started with them as there were problems getting printers to work and workarounds were provided immediately.

We have started to use Blinq since March ‘24. Now we are using Blinq in our 6 branches. It is just a few click to set menus, items and prices, printers. The support line is online 24/7 with a quick solution. The report dashboard is useful. They are adding new features to the app. Additionally, integrations with payment and reservation systems reduces the management effort. If you are looking for cost effective ePOS system, Blinq is the right solution.

What a system!

I mean honestly it’s everything a restauranter and waiter can dream of. I know you’re thinking it sounds very cliche, and I would too!

But believe me as a co-owner of a restaurant this has revolutionised our whole work load at the establishment , and feels as if we are less busy as the system does all the work for you! And the plus side it’s integrated with dojo!

Well done to everyone involved in this system, it’s changed the entire POS game!

Where do i start.we have a chain of hotel and restaurant.we find out about blinq via a restaurateur who recommend the system.fast / reliable and idiot proof i mean within 1 day all the staff are using it like they have been using it for years.aksel done the introduxction for blinq,extremly helpfull and his support made thing alot faster and easier.we have a whatsapp group for support ,first week we text at 11pm to get some help 11:02 someone was assiting us.i would rate it 6 stars out of 5 if i could.
Will def use it on the next opening we having for our restaurant asador .100% recommend it ,specially with the competitive price they offer.

I’ve been using Blinq for my coffee shop, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. The setup was completely free, which was a huge plus, and the hands-on support through WhatsApp was fantastic. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and incredibly helpful.

What stood out the most was how simple and intuitive the system is. My team was able to get to grips with it really quickly, which was essential as we expanded from takeaway to dining in. Blinq POS system has greatly improved order management and efficiency in the restaurant. We also managed to save some wages. The system is easy to use, highly customisable just like ios and android, and integrates well with payment ( Dojo ) and kitchen display systems. It offers valuable data insights through detailed reporting, helping optimize operations. Additionally, their customer support ( we use WhatsApp group ) is responsive and helpful, making the system a reliable and essential tool for restaurants of any size. Great for inventory and staff signings too.
