The one to one service (Big shout out to David) sets Blinq apart from the previous providers I was with. They genuinely care about their product and genuinely want to improve it along side their customers.

The customer service & tech support provided is outstanding! The software is easy to navigate and you can manipulate the reports to suit your needs.

We’ve been using Blinq, and it’s by far the best EPS system we’ve ever had. The platform is reliable, easy to use, and packed with great features. Blinq is awesome!
The order system is super quick, simple, and easy to use. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. But what really stood out was the customer service absolutely fantastic! They were helpful, responsive, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Great POS system and such great value for the cost. Very responsive with issues we have which have only been not knowing how to do something as opposed to something wrong. Sonny did an amazing job at set up and did the bulk of the job handling the transfer of all our items on to the new till. Next to no turn around time and really worked hard at moving on our timescale

From start to finish a smooth experience. From my own experience changing platforms or card terminals etc.. can be very tedious with lots of teething problems. However worth Blinq this was not the case , Alex Swindells was our point of contact and was very thorough with his presentation, a very relaxed initial chat and then a good in depth explanation into Blinq. Would highly recommend , it’s 1/2 the price and we get so much more thank our previous system. Communication via Whatssapp with the team was easy and i was answered within minutes at all hours of the day. Cannot fault and 100% recommend Alex & Blinq …

We switched over from EPOS Now earlier on in the year.
Sonny made this transition smooth and effortless. He was with me every step of the way. The 24/7 WhatsApp customer support was outstanding. Any question’s are literally solved within minutes! I really appreciated the time Sonny set aside for us and for training our staff.

Customisable floor plans have made my life so much easier when adjusting table sizes and layouts to suit specific bookings.

Our business caters for many different dietary & allergen preferences. Blinq POS has made FOH staff experts as they have everything just one click away, without having to go back and forth with the chefs. It speeds up service as well as the staff looking extra knowledgeable with the menus.

You can also add specs onto the till for cocktails. This has been wonderful when training up new staff. Every classic cocktail spec, again is one click away.

I would highly recommend anyone to make the switch to Blinq.
