Their support is terrible - particularly when placing returns. If you happen to order something by mistake or even if the product is not as per your expectations, their support staff questions you which is borderline to interrogation and the outcome mostly is what they want - they refuse to take it back. Haven't seen such bad support anywhere!!! If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have given that.

Before making any payment, I explicitly informed the delivery agent that I wished to cancel the consignment and refused to take delivery of the product. Instead of initiating the standard cancellation process, the agent misdirected me. He claimed that he lacked the ability to cancel the order on his terminal and insisted that I must complete the payment and accept the package first, promising that he would initiate the cancellation and item collection from his end immediately afterward.
Till today not the agent niegther the help centre solved the problem

Extremely disappointing experience with Blinkit! I purchased a product through Blinkit, but when I faced an issue with it, their customer support refused to help and simply asked me to contact the brand directly.

If I wanted to deal with the brand myself, why would I purchase through Blinkit? The product being delivered in sealed condition does not mean it is free from defects.

The worst part is that even after explaining my concern multiple times, the support team keeps repeating the same response instead of trying to resolve the issue. There is no proper support, no accountability, and no customer satisfaction.

Very poor customer service. Blinkit is quick to deliver products but fails to provide proper support when customers face problems. Extremely frustrating experience. Think twice before purchasing products through this platform!

Very Bad experience with them... once you buy the item and want to return..they find all excuses not to return it..I recommend Zepto and Instasmart

Don't buy from blinkit. They are buying the defective or not salable products in lots and then selling those cheap quality products.
And in case of electronic items they are selling defective products and no return or replacement. They are harassing the customer.

very very bad no body is responsible only ai chat, i got eggs with broken insests inside and coachroaches in the box of 10 horrible smell. very bad and second time i got all broken eggs the blinkit they negotiate how many eggs broken. horrible and tomato rotten and onions rotten. its very bad i think food safety is not maintained

Very poor item description and invalid tags for electronics and a lengthy and difficulty refund process

Placed an order of 14 items (₹1,900) ,Order No: ORD65533338071 but received only 12. Two expensive items worth ₹760 were missing completely. When I reached out to chat support, they simply claimed the items were marked as sent on their end, refused a refund or delivery, and promised a callback within 2 hours that never happened. I even provided photos showing the issue, but got zero resolution.

Basically charged ₹760 for items never delivered with zero support accountability. They never delivered missing items or refund me. Took my money as thieves in daylight. So beware and keep away.

Very bad experience with Blinkit.

I ordered vegetables, milk and other grocery items from Blinkit. Unfortunately, the vegetables had small worms insects ,sundi in them and were clearly not fit to eat .I immediately recorded a video showing the wormsinsects in the vegetables, and I sent the video to Blinkit customer support as proof.

Even after providing clear video evidence, I received no proper response or resolution. Now they are also refusing to refund my money. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially when the issue is related to the quality and hygiene of food product.

I have the video as evidenceand can provide it whenever required. I expected Blinkit to take this matter seriously, investigate the issue and provide a full refund. Instead, I have been left without my money and without a proper response.

They'll send you rotten/spoiled/perished/moldy food items that you can never return!!!
I just spoke to someone called Sanjana. It was a problem created by Blinkit, but this woman argued with me like I was the problem.

Blinking or vendor is cheated today. in first page of product have regular image, in another image which show you when you scrolles but for regular product normally no one is interested to see different images. In second page they mentioned they can deliver either of them. Is it really justice for customer?

I am from Mathura, Vrindavan.
Here in Vrindavan, Blinkit has blocked my number and my saved address.. I am not able to order anything from store.... Whenever i raise complaint about it they always tell me that a store is opening near ur location that's why it is closed.. For my location and near it.. All time it is unavailable... I complained many times but no response... Now i am fed of this company

Please do not order through Blinkit for your love ones. if you are out of country.
I have very bad experience.

The customer executive support was awful, I ordered a goboult smart watch and they gave me some limestone watch... When I contacted the customer service executive Shagufta she refused to exchange or process the return... I lost 1.5k and got some cheap watch... I strongly suggest not to use blinkit customer service is very bad!

Support is awful especially ANANYA FROM CS SUPPORT I asked for a supervisor call back. She upfront denied it where it was promised by her previous representative. I really think she’s gonna get this company down if she’s gonna work this way. It’s good. If you fire her else she’s gonna spoil your name, that is not the way you talk to your customers. I have received a defective item. I’m explaining she claims. It’s not defective at all and wants us to reach out to the merchant, and we ordered from Blinkit sole responsibility. I would advise people not use blanket support sucks. It’s awful when I asked for a supervisor call back the chat immediately. Take some action else. I’m gonna sue your people for this.
