Lovley small belcher chain only thing I was a little disappointed in was it didn’t come in a box. It did state that (quick order and didn’t read) so my fault. Quick delivery and beautiful chain. Would order again in a heartbeat.

At first had a bad review,and with mental health issues I was a pain in arse but bling king promised to replace my product which they did fulfill and I'll be honest the quality of the chain is spot on will definitely be getting more soon

I have the children's bracelet which fits my wrist perfect the pendant and chain is just great not to heavy

Great product great customer service when needed to change something.

I have returned a bracelet that was purchased in July. I was intially offered a refund of 20%, which I declined. I was told to send the bracelet back to them, which I did. I have chased to check whether it has been recieved, they have not confirmed. Looking at the other reviews it looks like I won't get my money back, and I also don't have the bracelet. I will raise a complaint with the bank. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing....

nice jewellery, but very poor customer service, claim to reply within 24 hours but it’s been nearly 2 weeks, turned my arm bright green, just save your money, not cheap at all for what you get, £99 for a green arm and a lot of regrets

UPDATE: still have not heard back from customer service over 6 months later, contacted the number and never received a response, have contacted the website many times and it always says “no operators are available” but nobody gets back to you, i’ve also used instagram and have again recieved no reply

UPDATE: customer service contacted me, sent out a replacement item due to not having stock of my bracelet, have promised a discount code for when the bracelet is back in stock, thank you!

Had an amazing experience with Bling King! Its not often I order online as I am always cautious due to being scammed previously with an online transaction but Bling King were exceptional I ordered my bracelet and was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 working days the next day my delivery arrived, sadly I didn't check the size and it was slightly too small for me I emailed them and they replied straight away and gave me options to either keep the piece and have a reduced price on my next buy or return it for a full Refund or replacement item. No messing about just good business 👍🏻 I would highly recommend Bling King.

They are terrible at customer service. I ordered two items for a birthday present. They say they was delivered but never received. And can’t get hold of him to rectify this situation I’m fuming I had to go to another shop to buy a birthday present as these was never received and you can’t even contact them. I am fuming now I’m out of pocket like £750 worst company ever and it was my first order and this has happened

I am aware it’s not all real gold, and BlingKing London doesn’t mislead you about this fact ! What I purchased for our Grandsons birthday was a boxing glove bangle !!
Which myself and my grandson was very happy and delighted with. No way could I have ever purchased this if it had been the real thing. Obviously you do get what you pay for, but I am and my grandson is extremely happy with our purchase. Also delivery was within 48hrs.
