The installer arrived within the time span stated and installed the three blinds in 20 mins. They look great so I'm very pleased with the product and the service.

Great blinds but pricey
Great blinds but pricey. Not only was there a long wait to begin with, there were additional delays with delivery beyond what I was expecting. I understand COVID threw a wrench in the supply chain. The installers are amazing though - great service and very knowledgeable guys. Gave me advice when he came to measure that I am very glad I listened to, very happy with how my blinds turned out!

Final product was nice, despite the wait
Final product was lovely and easy to install. First salesperson was not very knowledgeable; very nice, but needed more training before being on the floor. Second salesperson (who came over to help) was much better. Took a bit too long to get the product (38 days). Blame it on Covid?

Great experience
Great experience. Consult at Dufferin store was excellent - appreciated that the consultant thought about things that I didn't. In home installer was equally great. Products work really well for us (we got 7 blinds!). I'd definitely come back in the future.

If I could rate ZERO I would
If I could rate ZERO I would. From the beginning I’ve had issues with the ordering of my shades to my installations dates. Was cancelled twice. My installer was to come from between hours of 4-5pm. Received a call at 4:47 that he will be unable to come. That was my last straw. Worst customer service ever! Will never recommend or order Blinds To Go

Beware!
After ordering a blind I was told it would be ready 3-4 week from that date. I cancelled the order a few days later only to find out that it was “too late” as the blind was under production. After ordering a different material from the same company I’m stuck with an unwanted item.
Communication with “customer service” ended up nowhere!
Never again! After 25 years of patronage.

There was a miscommunication with the blinds I ordered, I sent pictures and showed proof of the issue and till date no one has contacted me back. Very poor service, will not order again.

Everything went smoothly and as expected , from the friendly salespeople, to the timely receipt of the blinds, to the quality of the product. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to order blinds.
