I did in home service
I did in home service, the first person they sent was good but after my blinds were installed I hated the bedroom choices. They sent a new person who picked different blinds for the bedroom that were just perfect. I received full credit for the first ones. Then one of my blinds broke and they replaced them! Amazing service. Thanks to the staff

While the order took longer than…
While the order took longer than expected, I found that James (our installer) was very courteous and efficient in getting the blinds installed. Because of the size of one window, it required the blind to be stitched together - I thought the stitching could be a bit neater/seamless/less obvious. Look forward to having no issues with the product for years to come.
