First order was damaged dorky shipment. But was corrected and a replacement order was shipped at no extra charge. Install was simple and very satisfied. Fit was perfect

Overall, the experience with Blindsgalore was good. I bought both shutter blinds and cellular top-down bottom-up black-out shades for a total of 24 windows in our brand-new home. I measured precisely and placed the exact measurements in my order as instructed. The cellular shades fit perfectly and went up quickly. The shutter blinds did not go up as easily. Four of the ten were cut too large and are so tight that they will not open outward once installed. The delivery process for the shades was quick and easy. The shutters arrived on two large pallets and took a bit longer to receive (which was perfectly fine). They seem to be very good quality and I have been impressed by the ease of use.

Customer service is awesome to work with if there is an issue with your order. Couldn’t ask for better customer service !

Beautiful color, I recommend top down bottom up blinds with cords. I am extremely happy with the color of the blinds. They are beautiful. But I did not think about the problem with a top down blind on a high window without a cord being out of reach. I end up leaving my blinds down partway at night because I can’t reach to pull the blinds all the way up to the top. The blinds are lovely, but you might prefer to choose something with a cord if you want top down and bottom up.

The product did take about two weeks to receive, but it was a custom size order. Arrived great and fit window perfectly as promised. I’m not crazy about the hangers that are used now by all the blind companies. I find these more difficult to use that the old corner style at you could set in blind and had the supports in the middle.

Didn't know I had to order remote and chargers for my automatic blinds until I received them. Called twice, Thursday and Friday, in regards to ordering it and was told they have to contact the factory and haven't heard back with them and now it will hopefully be sometime next week, in the meantime I am out of luck to use these blinds. Very unhappy! Customer service aucks

The blinds are still not the correct measurement. The header is correct but the actual blinds are longer

The upholstered cornices I ordered, were beautiful, and arrived in very timely manner
