I ordered a Skylight shade for my RV. It is definitely better than the one that came with the RV, but I feel like it is a tiny bit too long. It saggs a little and the pleats don't fold properly so it is a pain to open. I think the strings need to be a little more taunt, but there is no way to tighten it.

well, I still havent received my blinds....it took them 3-4 days to put the together, but they have been out on the road with a donkey for a couple weeks. its not like they are shipping an airplane, its a PKG of blinds!!!

I live in Oregon, so 1st the Blinds SAT in Jamaica, NY for days, THEN they went over to TEXAS....And BACK UP East TO NEW JERSEY, Where they have hit about 5 little towns for about a week! This is HILARIOUS. Maybe they are traveling the US in the back of a Station Wagon? Remember those?? Anyway the shipping date used to be late June, then July 2, now JULY 5?! Must be stopping at hotels and cafes along the way? Do they KNOW YOU CAN USE PLANES AND TRAINS? ho-ho-ho

I’ve been ordering blinds and shades from Blindsgalore for at least a decade. Anytime there is a problem, the company quickly sends out a replacement. I wouldn’t purchase my window treatments from any other retailer.

I ordered 2 roll up shades. One of them was not cut right. They willingly cut me a new shade. Great customer service.

The blinds were perfect fit exactly manufactured as per my measurements. Everything was great.

We purchased 5 motorized shades and all went well until one of them would not charge (stopped functioning completely). I contacted support by email on May 8 and didn't get any answer for 5 days May 13. Two days later May 14 they said the factory (I am assuming in China) would ship replacement parts May 21. Now 24 days since the May 21 date I am still waiting for the replacement parts. I again contacted support on June 7 to get an update and now 6 days later still waiting a reply. Based on poor response time and unavailability of spare parts I would not deal with them again.

The blinds are work great, easy to install, look lovely and arrived exactly when the tracking said it would. Overall, Blindsgalore is trustworthy, easy to work with, and I would definitely order from them again!

The ability to get several free samples to choose from was key when ordering online. I called with some questions and customer service was able to walk me through what I needed.
