Good product and service.

The fabric that you use is phenomenal! And the colors are so rich and vibrant. The comfort level is beyond belief. I don’t ever want to wear anything but Bleusalt.

Merchandise is comfortable, washable, durable and looks great!

New round of purchases. Yummy clothes and I have to confess that I bought the hoodie for my partner and he wore it once before I procured it from the dryer, wore all day and it’s now hanging in my closet. He doesn’t look good in black anyway.

I have so many pieces of bleusalt clothing….a scarf in every color and tops, skirts, bolero jackets. I love them all. They are beautiful, timeless, amazing quality and easily wearable and so comfortable. The fabric is so soft. I have hung all of my scarves on a rack in my room for easy access. It is a gorgeous sight.

I like the products very much. Sizing does tend to be an issue because things fit so differently. I’m glad they added the moving hanger fit guide. Living in any country other than United States is a disadvantage because we don’t have any app for extra discount and bonuses. All customers should have same opportunity’s for discount no matter where you live. The point system has changed and not for the better. Customer Service is good and shipping is very reasonable along with exchange and return process. Styles are great and colours are lovely. The styling videos are wonderful and sizing inclusion is amazing. The live shows on Instagram are a must see. Very informative. The capsule collection is a favourite of mine.

I love the quality and feel of BLEUSALT fabric. Have never felt anything like it. I cannot live without my 2 yard wraps. Shipping is fast and I love the biodegradable paper with flower seeds. When the flowers. bloom, it reminds me I need to order more items. ♥️

The clothes are cute, sustainable, size-inclusive and fun. The material is cozy and soft. Even the packaging is sustainable and recyclable.

The company has always delay with any concerns I have had. Only thing ia I live in Canada and am a good customer so even tho I cannot get the app here. I should be able to get the extra 10 % that is offered to app customers.

I have trouble redeeming credits. And then they are lost not able to be applied. I am sure it is user error. However why is it so difficult. Sometimes I can’t even order with out giving up.

Products are wonderful, love that the fabric is the same and we can add new colors or style seasonally. I do think your return rules are not consistent with what we are used to with other manufacturers or retailers. You advertise sales often. But we get surprised that we can’t return. After trial and error I know my size. I fear you have some mad customers. Your sizing isn’t always consistent. I have 5 items all size 3. I’m a 6/8 in every other line. In yours large. I’d also add a “sort by size” to your App. We can shop much easier! Keep improving we will keep buying!

I didn’t like not being able to exchange a sale item for a different size. It made me leery of shopping with you again. Sometimes you need to know you can up or down if you need to.
