Quality of the fabric is great. Customer service is also very good, generally speaking. What's frustrating: lack of consistently available size 6s (women), how quickly a lot of items run out (I'm looking at you, all that fun tie-dye stuff), and the absolutely insanity-producing games with the regular prices, sale prices, discount codes, etc. that often make me feel like I could have scored a better deal - if only. That being said, the tube skirt is a brilliant item, as are the cropped long sleeve tops. I do find that it takes some trial and error to find the right fit, the white items are too sheer, and some of the long dresses have pockets, while others do not. Also, when a new item is introduced in only three colors - black, white, and natural - I've got to say, I have SO MUCH navy, and that natural is a dreadful color on most people (optic white is far better). Despite the mixed bag quality of this review, I really love the brand, and confess to owning about 40 pieces at this point. I would love to see more of the bright colors - and please - just make the tube skirt in every color, all the time (what happened to that beautiful chocolate brown?).

I love the pieces that are offered! The fabric is amazingly soft and the fit are very comfortable. Would like to have more colors/patterns selection.

One of the issues I have are when the points that have accumulated can be used, it’s very restrictive.

I started out by buying t shirts for myself just to try. I love them. Amazingly soft and maintains its shape after washing. I have since bought the cindy pant, big rock blazer, long sleeve shirts for my sons and the polo. I love them all.

The app and communications are especially helpful.
