We use BB middle of 2023 for 2 of our bathrooms. The showroom, staff and the patience on choosing a design were all fantastic and the works completed by the contractor was great. However you’re letting yourself down on one simple thing….aftercare!
I remember being quite shocked that no one from BB visit themselves afterwards. If someone is spending the best part of £10-20k I would have thought this was basic courtesy aftercare. Snagging is left to the customer & although I did inform BB of some issues I ended up dealing with the contractor directly.
I’m still waiting to hear back about half of the black matt that has come away from the bath plug, last conversation was early March.
Overall, yes the showroom, design is all great but as I’ve said the aftercare is poor from what I have seen.

We had a new bathroom fitted from Blaydon Bathrooms.
The guys in the showroom were great. Help us through every step of the design.
The fitting crew were great done fab job very tidy.

What attracted me to use this company was the 5 star reviews. I got in contact with them and I had a visit from Jack. I highly recommend this company, they are very friendly professionals the whole team!

After my first quote from another company I was apprehensive about getting my the job done. I have to say Jack was very friendly and very professional. He asked what I was thinking but I didn’t really know just wanted something different and to put my shower and bath together. Jack took measurements and explained that he be in contact with a beautiful design to come and visit the showroom and see the products we going to install. There was no high sales pitch and Jack actually said a couple of ideas that we can do and make it fantastic as it was a good size room to work on. His persona got me excited again about having the bathroom done.
Visited the showroom Jack went through step by step about the design and the products and showed me my new bathroom on a tv (all I could think was this is going to be expensive in my head )and went through everything. At the end gave the price which wasn’t the cheapest and wasn’t the most expensive. It was in the middle of other quotes I had. But what really sold the deal was that Jack wasn’t pushy with sales and he was very pleasant to talk to. He basically gave all the details best way to pay and wished me good luck and he hoped I would be the one he goes for.
I have not regretted my decision and I am so pleased to have gone with this company. I highly recommend them during the period of agreeing to the bathroom and the fitters the company answered any questions I had and queries, they where always in contact during the fitting as well if there was anything that has changed or needed addressing.
The fitters Paul came with his team and started on time. The whole team came in company vans and were very friendly and professional. They even laid plastic sheeting down to protect the carpets. What I also liked a lot was the fact I had the option to either keep a toilet in place till the last minute or to hand my house keys over they locked up after the finished each night. Loved that option. I stayed somewhere else. The job took about a week excluding the weekend. All the contractors they use were very professional and came in time.
The finished job looks amazing and I love it. Well done to everyone involved!

Kev and Ian turned up bang on time, they put all the protective sheeting down and even done individual steps on the staircase. At the end of each day Kev informed me what had been done and explained what would happen the following day. After every day they cleaned up everything. The quality of the workmanship was second to none. Everything was done to a very high standard and no corners were cut. Once the job was complete Kev and Ian went through everything and explained how things worked. I can't recommend Blaydon Bathrooms enough. Everything went to plan from start to finish. A top class company!

Everyone from Jack in the saleroom to the people who removed the rubbish were pleasant and helpful did a wonderful job and always came when they said they would! I would not hesitate to recommend Blaydon bathrooms to anyone looking to replace their shower/bathroom.

From start to finish, the whole process was made so easy. We were kept up to date every step, and the whole team were so helpful. The fitters Paul and Rusty were so friendly and hardworking, being very respectful of our home.

We bought all items for our ensuite shower room from Blaydon Bathrooms. We did supply only as we have a friend who is a plumber. All items ordered and received in time, shower changed due to a technical issue but wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone. 5* service. Thank you x

Just had our bathroom fitted, from meeting Kev in the showroom going through products to final fit has been brilliant we where even squeezed in 3 weeks after ordering.
We made a couple of changes mid fit and wasn't a bother all done swiftly and professionally.
Finished room is exactly what we where after would 100% be using again and recommend to anyone looking to change.

Amazing company from start to finish!

Steph came out and measured our bathroom. She was lovely and so helpful!

We were then invited to their amazing showroom and greeted by a lovely lad, Jack. He offered us a coffee and showed us our bathroom design.

Jack not only showed us everything that would be in our bathroom but also offered his opinion which was much appreciated.

He wasn't a pushy salesman like a lot I’ve met. He allowed us time to think but ultimately the detail and clarity about blaydon bathrooms made us choose them.

The install team are also amazing lads, clean, efficient and polite. They covered my stairs and carpet and took away the rubbish as promised!

I’d 100% use Blaydon Bathrooms again and I would highly recommend this company!

Just had a new bathroom installed by Blaydon Bathrooms. Really pleased with the finished result and even more so with how easy the process was. A major upgrade like a bathroom can be quite anxiety inducing but Kevin Mallet & his team made it all feel easy & comfortable. From the collaborative way Kevin worked with us when planning the design to ensuring all finishes were perfectly done it was a very positive experience. We needed to make a change whilst in the middle of fitting as I changed my mind about a detail once fittings were in situ but nothing was too much trouble. I definitely felt that the customer is at the heart of what they do. Highly recommend them.

Bathroom installed just before Christmas and I am extremely happy with the result. Nothing was too much or too little for them. Jack the sales advisor helped me every step of the way.
