I never received a response to my concern about two visual different products. Not only did the PCOS supplement facts change without notification, so did the size and look of the actual gummy! I was seeking clarification because both products were purchased straight from BGV! Because who would not be concerned!? I am so disappointed because I have been rooting for BVG! I’m all for supporting black owned businesses…. But then this happened and it’s so disturbing to say the least…. Product change (beyond just flavor), completely different look, no public notification, and even if you are not obligated to notify the public a response to those who caught the change would better protect the brand. People are ingesting these vitamins and BGV is choosing not to respond. For that reason, I have lost faith in BGV products, I do not feel comfortable ingesting something that comes from a company that appears to be hiding something. All I wanted was information on the photo provided about the differences. WHY? The same concerns anyone would have if expecting one thing but was given another.

Since taking these products I have started having irregular cycles and an excessive amount of hair growth during my ovulation. My cycles had been regulated for the last 5 years until last month. NOW I'm having a menstrual cycle every 2 weeks again. Highly disappointed because I purchased PCOS, Vaginas prebiotics, ashgwanda and sea moss. These gummies have too much sugar.

My 1st order went well. I reordered last month and nothing has been shipped. They do not respond to me emails which my 1st one was over a week ago. I will not be ordering from them again. The Meno chill works but I have officially ran out since my order is not here.

THEY HAVE A GOOD MARKETING PLOY FOR THE LARGEST DEMOGRAPHIC OF BUYERS IN AMERICA, AKA BLACK WOMEN.

HOWEVER, THEY ARE MAKING THEM SICKER WITH ALL OF THE SUGAR AND HARMFUL ADDITIVES.

My issues with BGV are that it is full of sugar and has extremely poor customer service.

IF THIS IS TO HELP BLACK WOMEN, WHY SO MUCH SUGAR AND ADDITIVES THAT CAUSE HEALTH ISSUES IN THE BLACK COMMUNITY?

All that sugar is not good for the body.
I took it for 4 days, and it threw my body into sugar overload.
Issues with urination, swelling, painful legs, joint pain, and more.

QUESTION:
1. Why so much sugar?

Their products do exactly what they claim they do. The website is hard to navigate though. My order is not even showing (but, I was charged for it!). I really hope that they read their reviews! UPDATE the website to make it easier to find orders, receipts and just your info (demographic) period..like Name, Address, phone etc..

I’m loving the products. The reason for the 3 stars is because the collagen powder is not even half full and you must search for the scoop‼️The container is big for no reason. I’d like to get more product for my $$

I’m honestly disappointed with my experience. First, the delivery took much longer than expected, which was already frustrating. But what really bothered me was when I opened the container — it wasn’t even half full.

I don’t understand why the product is placed in such a large container if it’s not filled properly. It feels misleading and gives the impression that you’re getting more than you actually are.

Overall, between the slow shipping and the packaging issue, this was not a great experience for me.

Meno Chill allergic reaction. Took awhile to figure it out. Meno Chill has no effect on hot flashes. I did notice allergic reaction, a slight tingle -itchiness throughout my body. Not enough to go to hospital, but definitely need an antihistamine. I do use the collagen powder because I purchased it, not sure if I see a difference in my skin. I also purchased Choles Control, I will not be using them.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience with Black Girl Vitamins has been beyond disappointing. I placed my order on May 14th and received an email on May 15th stating my items had shipped. Here we are over two weeks later, and I still have not received my order.

What’s more frustrating is that I reached out to customer service and was simply reassured that my package would arrive, yet there has been no real resolution, accountability, or urgency. For a company with premium-priced products, customers should not have to wait this long with little transparency.

I specifically chose to order directly from the company because I wanted to support a Black-owned business. Ironically, several people who recommended the brand later told me to avoid ordering directly and instead purchase through TikTok Shop because it arrives within days. That alone should be concerning to leadership. Customers should never feel third-party platforms provide better service than the company itself.

At this point, I’ve already gone to the store and purchased my collagen and vitamins elsewhere through MaryRuth Organics because I could no longer wait. I’ve ordered from multiple companies after placing this order and received every single package before this one.

This was my first order and unfortunately will be my last. The products are already expensive, so combining premium pricing with delayed shipping and poor communication creates a very frustrating customer experience. I truly hope the CEO and leadership team reevaluate their fulfillment and shipping process because loyal customers are being lost before they even get the chance to try the product.

My hot flashes were non-existent with my current doctor recommended supplement (Relizen). But I wanted to try Meno-Chil and support BGV. The Meno-Chill is not for everyone. I hadn't any hot flashes in years, but since taking Meno-Chill the hot flashes, morning sweats are back with a vengeance. Understanding you can't lump us all in one basket. This is my second month taking them because I really wanted them to work and give BGV a chance, but they are a NO for me.

I have a major problem with their customer service. I requested a order be cancelled even before it shipped and was denied the opportunity to do so because it was on subscription; however the order said the label was created on 4/30/26 and its on 5/19/26 and I still don't have my order despite them taking the money out of my account. I have sent emails and even called the contact phone number with no resolution to my problem. I can't speak of how well all of their products work, I didn't see a big difference, but I can say the customer service for this company is not very professional. These products are expensive, so you want your product or your money. Just beware of the slothful customer service. I hate to speak negative of a company but I tried everything else.

Meno Chill has been a nightmare for me, I reached out to them to discuss the major allergic reaction I had, and no response.
I really don’t care if it’s “black” owned, a scam is a scam!!!!!

Money wasted, which is not good these days with this economy!

I purchased a bundle of 3 BGV hair, nails and skin gummies. One month later I noticed edge growth, and same thing for my nails. HOWEVER, these gummies gave me an acne breakout like hell. Ounce my bundle is finished I won’t’ be purchasing it.

I'm here waiting for an order that I placed over a week ago. They created a shipping label and it's been that way for going on two weeks. When you contact them, they first give a three to five day processing time, but when you contact them after that time frame, they say the product has been shipped. the link clearly says only a shipping label was created. Nothing was shipped. And they said they cannot give a refund for orders that has been shipped. They clearly do not have product in stock and making shipping labels to fool you. I also read that they may be waiting on dropship from other companies and putting their name on it which would explain why my item hasn't been shipped yet. I will never order from this company again and it's sad because I always want to support black owned businesses. But this experience ruins it.

This company is a greedy scammy company! First of all, they continue to ship and charge my account before I can get through my first order. Second of all a few months ago I accidentally ordered a vitamin I didn't want or need, I let the company know of it and I was willing to return the unwanted vitamin back to them. They said no need we'll just credit your account. This month they are sending me the vitamins I don't want as well as charged my account. I have a new card and did NOT give them my new card number and somehow they found it and charged my account without my authorization!!!! I WANT my money back and my bank is investigating it!!! Be aware, this company is a fraud and their vitamins don't work, in still feeling very tired and sluggish!!! I tried supporting a black company and this is what I get in return!!!!!

I was a subscriber for the same items. I had an issue with one item and tried to reach customer service for an exchange or refund. I never heard back from BGV. I tried multiple times and no success just an automated response that does not address my issue. I haven’t received my refund requested or a response from their support team to address my issue of an exchange or refund. I’m very disappointed.

I placed my first order with Black Girl Vitamins on February 17, 2026, and my package arrived on February 23, 2026 — super fast and exactly as expected. I ordered several products: Collagen Powder, Meno‑Chill, Iron Gummies, Sea Moss Gummies, and Liquid Chlorophyll Drops.

I have to highlight the Meno‑Chill, because it has made a huge difference for me personally. I had been dealing with really uncomfortable night sweats for a long time, and nothing I tried before ever helped. Waking up drenched and feeling sour is miserable, and I was honestly desperate for relief. Since starting Meno‑Chill, my night sweats have become almost non‑existent, and I finally feel like myself again. I’ve even noticed a few pounds coming off, which was a pleasant surprise.

Of course, everyone’s body responds differently, so I always recommend reading the product descriptions carefully and choosing what fits your needs. But for me, these products have been a blessing.

Another thing I appreciated was how clear and straightforward the checkout process was. There was no confusion about whether I was signing up for a subscription or making a one‑time purchase. Everything was explained plainly, which I really value.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and the results I’ve seen. I would definitely recommend Black Girl Vitamins to anyone considering their products. They’ve earned a loyal customer in me!

My order has been stuck in “processing” with no shipment progress and no clear update on when it will actually ship. I placed the order expecting normal fulfillment times, but nothing has moved and there has been no meaningful communication. Very disappointing experience so far.

I purchase their collagen and the jar is somewhat empty. The product is $33 bucks and should come full. Overall I like their products but wish they would consider the consumer.

I am filing a formal complaint against Black Girl Vitamins regarding an order placed on February 2, 2026, totaling over $147.

After placing my order, I was provided a USPS tracking number; however, the tracking remained in “pre-shipment” status for an extended period and has since disappeared. This indicates that the package may have never been shipped.

I have made several attempts to contact the company via phone and messaging but have received no response other than automated replies that do not address my issue. There has been no confirmation of shipment, no updated tracking, and no communication from a live representative.

This lack of service and transparency is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I am entitled to either receive my order or be issued a full refund.

I am requesting immediate resolution:
• Either valid tracking information showing my order has shipped, OR
• A full refund of $147+

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with disputing the charge through my bank and pursuing any additional consumer protection options available.
