Sam and team made the most amazing engagement ring I could have possibly imagined and my fiancee couldn't be happier. From the first meeting they were amazing, talking me through the care and attention they take to creating the perfect, memorable piece as well as receiving an education of diamonds (in a very friendly and reassuring way). The constant updates throughout meant I felt a real part of the creation process as well as ensuring they delivered against a really tight timeline before Christmas. I couldn't recommend Sam and the Blackacre team more.

We received wonderful, personal service from Laura and Sam who designed the most amazing bespoke engagement ring for us.
The ring is absolutely beautiful and the attention to detail really shows. We were led expertly through the whole process which was really helpful as we started our journey knowing nothing about rings!
Once we had finalised the design and the stones had been sourced the actual production of the ring was incredibly quick and they managed to have it ready in time for Christmas!
I would definitely recommend Blackacre and can't wait for us start work on our wedding bands with them.

They were extremely knowledgeable and we really enjoyed learning more about the process and the gemstones, and they were extremely patient talking us both through it (multiple times) before suggesting the perfect stones for us.

I came into the engagement ring process as a complete novice, but was guided through every step from designing through to choosing gemstones. The team at Blackacre are knowledgeable, relatable and extremely professional. He was incredibly patient and offered a great deal of guidance based on his undoubted expertise. Everything was completed, on time and under budget and the final product is absolutely beautiful. I wanted to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend, but I didn't want to do a Boodles (too bling) or go to Hatton garden (not a nice experience). Blackacre were spot on. They are run by an enthusiastic, young and knowledgeable team. I always felt that Sam and Laura were making sure I got the best ring / diamond for me, rather than just trying to sell me something. Cannot recommend Sam and the team highly enough. I contacted Blackacre mid-lockdown, having left not a huge amount of time to find an engagement ring ahead of a trip away when I planned to propose.

From the start Sam did an excellent job of outlining the creation process. Amongst other things, this included drawing up a detailed prospectus for design inspiration purposes, as well as a call to go through the various different centre stone options at length. The pro-active and excellent communication throughout meant I was well informed at each step and it never felt in doubt that I’d have the ring in time and in accordance with the design requested.

The finished ring is stunning, and even exceeded my fiancée’s (already high) expectations!
