Delivered within specified time. Very nice slippers and very grateful for the free socks which are also really nice.
My only issue is that although I'm a size 8.5/9 the size 9's I ordered are a little too small so makes them uncomfortable. I'd advise people to order a size bigger

Bought 4 slippers - buy 1 get 1 free - and received 10 Nordic socks cost free, they were Xmas gifts and everyone loved them especially the socks. Unfortunately some socks didn’t fit so have ordered more large size with 10% discount and free shipping. Very good site, have had sliders before. Only downside they take a while to deliver.

I've had these for a week. At first I found them a bit stiff at first because I'm used to the cloth material slippers but now they're super comfy and I can wear them to pop outside to the bin. They're light and comfy. So far so happy

This was my 3rd purchase of Cloud Sliders!! Firstly for my adult daughter- lovely pink pair worn ALL YEAR LONG! Inside and outdoors! So I got myself a pair - off white and I did the same. Hand wash and they look as new- the most comfortable and easy to put on.
So this Christmas I purchased a pair for my sister who will be 70 this year. She adores them!
Easy website, great delivery so will definitely revisit again and again.
(Beware cheap versions- they are brittle compared to Bjorgk)

Ordered on 6/12 arrived 24/12, I didn’t realise they were shipped direct from China, I prob wouldn’t have bought if I had known, customer service was slow to respond but did eventually send me proper tracking details, slippers are nice, and the free socks were a bonus, not sure if I would buy again from the company but will see how the slippers last.

Feel like I've been ripped off here ... bought these as I have trouble with my feet so thought they would help ... appart from having to msg them for my order so many times and also thought they were coming from somewhere in Norway instead of some cheap factory in China... ... cheap plastic crap is what I received... put it down to a bad experience and donated them to charity as I think I know I won't get a refund or not worth the hassle.... love to know who wrote the revies that I read ... 'oh I bought these these and they are fantastic'... how much were you paid ... don't buy from this company ... cheap crap

The website was easy to navigate and order from. Tracking was originally good but after a few days tracking was lost. As the item wasn't a Christmas gift I was quite happy to wait a week or so. Sure enough, the items arrived safely.

This Christmas is the second purchase I have made. The quality is excellent and the socks are hard wearing and attractive. Good value for money and wonderful as presents.

I have ordered twice from the company as the service is excellent and the products are well made. I have an issue with my feet and I am not able to wear flip flop style shoes so have searched and bought other products. These shoes are the best by far. I am a member at a health spa and wear them most days. I love the support they offer and find them stylish. They are good value for money.

Ordered on 2nd December for a Christmas present & never recieved. Tracking link also doesn't work and customer service do not respond to you. Definitely AVOID!

Excellent service and the most comfortable footwear! I used as slippers indoors and also used for outdoor wear!

Just brilliant items, I’ve had shoes, sliders, slippers and socks so tried the full range. All mega comfy and I’ve since purchased for family and friends too as Christmas presents.

***AVOID***Waited 21 days for footwear to arrive having been effectively tricked into buying direct from China, whereas I thought they are selling from the UK. I want a refund with returning the items as not true to size and small. I have unfortunately discovered too late they make it extremely difficult to return. Been waiting 3 days for a reply from customer service for return approval and no reply despite my chase up. I want my money back. I strongly recommend that UK customers avoid this long distance shipping and appalling customer service and returns process. Oh and the shoes are cheap plastic, you’re better off looking in UK pound shops.

Bought slippers this time. So comfortable and warm. Able to wear outside too. Just takes a little while from order to delivery but definitely worth the wait!

Excellent service and great service. I ordered the wrong size in error and the Customer support team couldn’t have been more helpful. They provided a returns label and despatched the correct size without receiving the pair returned to ensure I had the correct pair in time for Christmas. My daughter loves the slippers and would have no hesitation in recommending the product as well as the Company itself
