I got basically scammed. I deposited an amount of 30usd to my account on Bitkingz. I won big 1,7K. I was trying to withdraw my money but it just kept getting denied. Even when i did every verification they asked me to do. When after contact with customer support they told me that they had to manually withdraw my money. So they deactived my account and said that they will withdraw for us. Its almost been 2 weeks and nothing has happend. My account is just disabled, i have not got a single penny and i have gotten 0 response from the team

Worst pathetic scam casino ever.
Support declined my crypto cashback bonus which would easily be a few hundred dollars, because I was on a winning streak.
Somehow they didn't have a problem adding my cashback when I lost instantly.. pathetic scam of a casino and a terrible support.

Made a withdrawal to card which got declined after 2 hours. Blaming the system.

Made another withdrawal to bank and didnt get approved after 6 hours. Kinda weird.

Contacted chat and told me manager approved it 30 min before i contacted them. I asked if i could cancel the withdrawal when it said ”pending”. No is the answer and i had to try, of course i could, as i expected.

If it is approved it shouldnt be ”pending” and it shouldnt be able to cancel it either.

Not recommending this casino at all.
