Deposited via card 300$, won 1000$. When i wanted to withdraw, i chose crypto. They rejected my withdrawal, i contacted support, and a sad human waste answered, told me i need to withdraw the same way i deposited. All my documents were verified, and i was told to basically reverify it all. Never once have i been denied withdrawals through crypto. Ended up gambling away it all. Just like they wanted. Never play at this casino, the reviews telling you its bad, is serious. This might be the most shit casino ever, you never win. I won once, after betting most of it away. Absolute cringe.

Bitkingz is a scam ! I live in Ontario , Canada and played on Bitkingz site no problem. Went on a mini run not crazy but withdraw $300 then $250 and so on. My loosing still out way my winnings life time. Just 5 days ago try to withdraw $200. Usually within hour money there. Wake up next morning no deposit. Log into account played for a bit see still pending log out. One hour later log in Bitkingz states account suspended. Get on live chat. Sorry I violated terms ? I say what and how. Gave me a screen shot stating I played in a jurisdiction not valid. I’m like nonsense. I’ve been on site for a year and all this time take my money and now I’m in violation. They send me a email immediately asking for banking info. We gonna send you only the deposit back all winnings are void. I say no. They say yes. I say you stealing from me. They say copy paste message. They then start sending me emails asking why I closed my account. I say you joking you did. They say sorry banking details not valid. I say take the money you stole from me and go buy a conscience. They can go fly a kite. End of. Stay away. Far far away.
