Ein toller Shop. Seriös. Sehr gute Kommunikation vom Verkäufer bei Fragen/ Anliegen. Die Steine sind nicht billig, aber ihr Geld wert und gut verarbeitet. Sicher verpackt...ich versteh nur nicht, warum der Versand von Sorrento Material über Norwegen erfolgt.

The reason the stones are shipped from Norway is that my company is located in Norway. I’m working on getting approval to have a custom storage, and if I get approval, the stones will on paper still be in the EU.

I was asked to pay 180€ extra at customs
Too many hidden costs, at first you have the impression that this ships from Naples, Italy as it says "handmade in naples all over their website." Next, in all their items it states "tax included" which implies that you pay the tax during your purchase, the only tax I was expected to pay was the vat for the shipping cost, as it is stated on their website, but that was not the case! I was asked to pay 180€ for vat, customs and customs handling by DHL Greece! That is a lot of money for a 130$ item +70$ shipping

The stones works, hidden charges
The stones works, arrived acceptable quickly in Ireland. For some reason they were shipped from Norway so a custom of almost 60 eur hidden charge was applied.

Shipped and arrived a day early. I ordered the 12 inch stone for my ooni volt. It was 1/4 smaller than ooni stone and twice as thick. I seasoned it and baked my first pizza in it. Best thing didn't burn the bottom, and cooked helped brown the entire upper crust perfecto. Happy I bought this stone.

Perfect for Ooni Koda 16” with turntable
The stone arrived pretty quickly and is definitely hand made. I did my first cook on it after following the seasoning process in the instructions and it is amazing. Perfect Neapolitan pizza!! My old stone used to get too hot and burn the underside.

Taxes - Customs
Great product, but I had to pay an additional €49.53 in tax. After all, an expensive upgrade for the Ooni. Please find an EU solution for a product from Italy.
