Great delivery men
Positives - the delivery men were brilliant and very polite. They went over and above delivering a very heavy bed, taking it upstairs to the required bedroom which they didn’t have to do. They were very careful to not touch internal walls with the boxes. They arrived within the time scale given.
Just one negative - the date confirmed for delivery was changed to two days after which was disappointing but a discount was offered by Next where I bought the bed from so softened the blow.

Brilliant Birlea
Bought 2 x triple wardrobes, 1 x double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Delivery was quick and problem free .Really easy to assemble and no missing bits (which is unusual for flat pack furniture.Excellent quality and would recommend.

No stock, but taking money
Why are they selling a product saying 3 day delivery, that it turns out they haven't even got in stock.
Very disappointing when after choosing it moves from one week, to 4 weeks, and now in May. Now having to try and get a refund from the Range who were supplying it. This is still being advertised as available with Next and Debenhams.
Poor customer service.

The lead time you’ve described is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Stock availability can sometimes vary across our retail partners, but we appreciate how disappointing it is when delivery expectations change after ordering.
As your purchase was made through The Range, your order and refund will need to be handled directly with them. However, we will be feeding this back internally and reviewing how our products are being listed with our retail partners, as this isn’t the standard we expect.

I am very disappointed
I am very disappointed. I’m very angry. I ordered this bed two weeks ago and was told it was going to arrive on the Tuesday. I dismantled my bed and waited took the day off work and waited all day for the bed to arrive to find out it didn’t turn up there was no way I could possibly contact anyone. It was very difficult to get hold of anyone so I’ve had to end up sleeping on the floor on a mattress with my baby. I have had to order a new bed elsewhere because I was told by the range that this bed was discontinued and no longer in stock but they still have a advertised on the website and we’re still happy to take my money. It’s very hard to get hold of someone to get a refund they were so quick to take my money but now I need a refund. I can’t get hold of anyone very very disgusted and a pool that I’m still sleeping after a week and a half on the floor with the baby as I’m now having to wait for a new bed to come.
I will never order from this place again and it’s very disgusting that there’s no telephone number to contact them directly. He shows that they’re hiding something.
Now, if you get this, I would like someone to contact me ASAP to discuss my refund

Birlea dressing table
Instructions extremely difficult to read.
Few of the flatpeck units have got numbers which corresponds to the instructions and the rest dont have.
The unit itself once install very flimcy, very cheap.
The draw runners are extremely difficult to put in. I had to put the draw runners in first. Then, screwed the drawers into the runners.
