Poor description
This product does not hold a 55inch tv as stated on product information. It took 2 people 3 hours to build, following instructions, to then discover out tv doesn’t fit. The instructions are poorly directed. As a result we couldn’t put the door on. This was due to not being able to be a contortionist and fix the door fitting on the inside of the unit.
Wouldn’t recommend this product.

Terrible customer service
I am more than disappointed with the service I received from this company. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a costly and frustrating experience.They have completely ruined my brand new carpet through careless handling and obvious negligence
The carpet was in perfect condition and is now damaged far beyond repair from dog poo stains (DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY )

Fantastic Delivery
Bed was delivered this morning as planned. Delivery driver was Fantastic - called me before delivery to let me know he is in the area. very friendly and chatty, asked what room I would the Bed to be in & carried it himself (double pine solid bed). He Ensured I was happy with the bed before signing.
Only problem was missing instructions and screws - waiting on response from supplier.

Happy with the item I ordered but not happy with the delivery unbox the item and placed in the room I wanted just to leve all the rubbish all over the floor and was going to go until I asked you not going to take or pick up the rubbish picked it up but not take

The delivery was great and the staff very pleasant and professional. A very nice bed, which is comfortable and feels sturdy. The lift up mechanism is easy to use and offers a large storage option otherwise lost. The head rest gives a comfy, closed in feel with the outward projecting sides. The only issue is with the constructing instructions. Both the video and booklet are not detailed enough and in some cases, parts mis-identified. Okay if you’ve put flat pack stuff together before, but could be an issue for some.

Furniture delivered was damaged and…
Furniture delivered was damaged and this was pointed out during delivery but driver said he can't take it back. Therefore two weeks on and we still have the damaged furniture and no idea what is happening and i'm having to chase. Perhaps I should charge storage costs ?
