Our feedback

We spoke to Victor to arrange the trip and he was always there for all the support and was very helpful. We are very happy with his service.

Regarding the trip
From the very beginning, we repeatedly emphasised that having a safe, reliable, and professional driver was our top priority. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. There were several occasions where the driver was not truthful and did not meet the standards we were expecting.

On one of the days, my mother was unwell, which caused them to be around 30 minutes late. We had been assured that if this happened, Akash would check whether the Monkey Forest visit could still be accommodated. Despite following up with Akash multiple times, we never received a response. His communication seemed to be only with the driver, and we were left without any updates. In the end, the driver made the decision himself, and the Monkey Forest was skipped and not arranged.

Considering the itinerary was already very tight, we expected some flexibility or adjustments so that the missed attraction could be accommodated. Unfortunately, no effort was made to do so.

We also found Akash’s communication to be quite rude at times, which made the experience a lil frustrating.

It is genuinely sad because I spent a lot of time planning this trip with you to make it special for my parents. Sadly, after this experience, they said they would not want to travel with this company again.

One additional piece of feedback is regarding the Jimbaran Beach dinner. We would not recommend it. The setting and ambience were beautiful, but the dining experience was disappointing. There was almost an hour’s gap between the starters and the main course. By the time the rotis arrived, they had gone cold and were very hard to chew. The food itself was average, but the service and timing significantly affected the experience.

Overall, while we are a little disappointed with certain aspects of the trip, we understand that nothing can be changed now.

The customer service person called Brandon was very helpful in finding the best flight and time for my forthcoming flight. He made the booking process easy for me

Sam has booked the holiday's for myself and the kids for the last year or so and I can honestly say that he's been great, really great. Brilliant customer service, always at hand to help even when we're away. I couldn't ask for better support and professional service.

I was looking for a quick 5/6 days away and decided on the Lisbon/ Porto with your company, I was dealing with Vincent who was extremely helpful and recommended 2 better hotels than the first option which were closer to the centres and amenities, Vincent was also very patient when I made mistakes with the payment ( as I’m not tech savvy ) it was a very good experience made all the better with Vincent help, I shall definitely use this company again.

Brandon gave me a lot of options to choose from. He was very helpful.

Victor made it very convenient to book my flight tickets on the desired dates by giving me a few options to choose. The whole procedure until completion, was a positive endeavour, thanks to Victor.

Victor Shaw was exceptionally helpful and proactive in getting the most suitable flights for myself and family although we booked quite late.

Sam went out of his way to send me the boarding passes whilst we were still on holiday. Made life so much easier for us

We had a great holiday to Verona and Lake Garda! Everything booked and included in the package worked really well, flights, assistance at the airport, transfers and one-way train tickets were, literally 1st class and excellent. The Hotels were very nice, clean, comfortable, good sizes and friendly helpful staff. It was a last minute holiday booked over the phone for a short trip leaving on 3rd June 2026. The line was bad so, it was difficult to hear everything being said and Rav was very patient and considerate when asked to repeat information, but we got a good deal and everything we wanted. I would advise anyone to thoroughly check all the info on your e-tickets as soon as you get them, as I didn’t notice that our second hotel booked was in the wrong location, until a few days later. Luckily, our agent, Rav was able to find a very good alternative hotel which turned out to be in a better location closer to the Lake. I would also make sure to check how long it takes to travel between stations to your hotel and what transport is available and how much. It was an hour by car from the station to the hotel at Lake Garda. The alternatives by boat or, bus were anywhere from 2 to 4 hours and this had a big impact on our return options for getting to the airport on time. After a lot of searching, we managed to get last minute car hire near the Lake Garda station, but wasn’t able to drop off at the airport. Luckily, early morning Sunday services for the trains and airport link ran often and very well but, it was a stressful concern you can do without.
Communication with Rav before and during our holiday was excellent. Check-in and boarding passes were actioned and sent in good time and everything at the airport went smoothly going home as well. Overall, a very good service from Bird Voyage and in particular, Rav. I would use them again.

Very thankful with Mr Kevin who helped me so much in sorting out which is best option for me to travel. He understands what a customer wants and his service was excellent and quick. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to contact him directly.
