My flight enquiry was handled professionally and to my satisfaction which resulted in my purchasing a ticket to Romania for next week at a reasonably competitive price.

They were very understanding and quick to reply and help with whatever we needed we had Leo as our helper and he told us everything we’d need to know and whenever a flight was available and was very respectful my only issue was the price for the flights were abit expensive if they were cheaper i’d rate the experience 5 stars no doubt about it!

Martin was so very helpful in booking my flight as I wanted a particular seat and he sorted that for me really appreciate all he did

Our original flights were cancelled due to the issues in Dubai, and we were really stressed trying to find alternatives. We came across a sponsored ad for travel.myflightbooking.co.uk and decided to call — that’s when we got through to Dominic.

From the start, he was incredibly helpful and professional. He quickly found us several flight options, all of which were significantly cheaper than what our original travel agent was quoting.

I’ll admit, we were a bit skeptical at first as we couldn’t find many reviews for the website, and when we learned the company was Bird Voyage, we were still unsure as their online presence felt a bit limited. Transferring that amount of money was nerve-wracking, but Dominic was so patient, understanding, and reassuring throughout the whole process.

We’ve just returned from our trip, and everything went perfectly — no issues at all. The flights were exactly as promised, and the whole experience ended up being seamless.

But I have to say that the shining light in the company has been Steve. When there was an issue with my tickets he resolved it immediately and he has been the most understanding and helpful person! I would absolutely recommend him! Every day of the week!!!

I was firstly tempted by Bird vantage due to their competitive flight price to Singapore. I was then pleasantly surprised Steve’s (presumably the proprietor) ability to create again a highly competitive priced hotel and transfer itinerary. Most pleasing was his continual communication through out our holiday to ensure all was well.

While I was doing research on travel arrangements I contacted a number of different agencies. Bird Voyage (Rav) took minutes to respond to my query. Through the whole process I had so many questions and he was so incredibly helpful. Rav even went out of his way to help me find my way to the place I needed to go and sent me details of the transport I would have to take. I really appreciated this as I found the whole procedure overwhelming. He was truly so helpful and helped keep mu nerves at an all time low. I felt that I was in good hands and had excellent support. I will definitely be using Rav (Bird Voyage) again. This is not the last time I will bug Rav with my millions of questions :) If you are an anxious traveller like me Rav is definitely the guy for you!
