SCAMMER SELLING ILL BIRDS (AVOID)
Bought a parrot 🦜 for my son and within 18 days it died all of sudden without any signs of being ill, Was told he was tamed and friendly but was the opposite, also was told its 3 months old but found out later it was alot older. Tried calling this piece of trash to come to some sort of agreement instead he tells me to buy another one. Refused to offer any form of compensation. Will be taking legal Action

I bought a parrot off this scumbags 2019 and cannot believe he is still getting off with the same things going by the latest reviews. He sold me what was meant to be a baby Indian ringneck but infact it was a really old bird. He died within 4 weeks. It was awful. He wasn't tame like he was sold as and the vet thought he had internal bleeding before he died as his front breast was soaked in blood just before he died. I reported this shop to the rspca who were going to investigate him and I suggest others do the same. I got legal advice and got my money back. The way my parrot was transported was disgusting. The box wasn't even big enough for him to stand in.
This man should NOT be allowed to trade!

I brought 2 Indian ring necks. Every very skittish and scared birds I couldn’t bring myself to send them back so I decided to keep them and try my best for them! Sadly two weeks later one just suddenly died! Contacted them! They did not care at all after taking it to the vets to find out cause of death it had a respiratory problem. After sending them the vet’s reports they blocked me on all platforms!

I was promised a perfect baby parrotlet, I got an older, deformed, terrified bird. Almost half of his lower beak is malformed & he has a half missing middle claw, no mention of this in the ad. Horrible shop with no care for their birds. I gave one star only because I absolutely love my Captain Jack Sparrow & still would have bought him to get him out of that disgraceful shop!

Payed 350 for a parrot , you would think he was hand reared , CLEARLY NOT , had him a month still can't get within a few feet without him freaking out and his plumage is a disgrace

I was lied to then ignored. Paid £170 for a TAMED bird which i clearly stated i wanted over message numerous times to the store. After paying £50 for delivery as the beautiful cockatiel was a gift for my niece realised it had not been tamed and when asking the owner was told 'not his problem, contact the delivery driver' even when i did it was the same issue told to contact owner. Then after being frustrated was told if I AM not happy bring the bird back. I would never purchase again no customer care given at all and the birds will not be as stated.

Found this place on Nottingham ads is based in netherfield , so decided to go and have a look the place is clean all bird cages clean no smell at all only a little shop , the lady there is very nice and welcoming, I brought a boy kakariki, the cage and toys ,all very good , PIKACHU the bird is doing well very healthy I would recommend a visit 100 percent
