Well where do I start, I rang the store wanting a bird I never expected same day service but that's what I got, Muhammad is a very knowledgeable person and can tell he has handled birds for years and answered all my questions about what I needed to know, The bird was in fantastic condition and transported correctly too, that is bearing in mind he travelled 200+ miles, I don't understand the bad reviews as in my opinion the faults and deaths are down to buyer not acclimatised their feathered friend, keep up the good work, your business will go a long way, I will defo be shopping with you again and thanks for the lovely bird, god bless you 👍

Rang the shop on the Wednesday to confirm they had 2 budgies for my sons birthdays. Asked if we could collect Sunday. Was told they have plenty of budgies and are open all day and to just come down. I even doubled checked they would be in stock.
After my sons party on the Sunday we drove 40 minutes to the shop to find it shut (1pm). Rang the number again to be told he is on his lunch break he will be 30/40 minutes. I explained I rang and he said he would be open. He then asked what I was after, told him budgies he then said we have none in stock and I should have reserved them. Never when I rang did he give me the option to reserve them. I was then left outside his shop with 2 crying children because we couldn't get their budgies on their birthday. I wouldn't of been so bothered if I didn't ring before hand to check to make sure this didn't happened. The man was also very rude. Never ever would I recommend this shop.

Bought a baby conure and got it delivered to south London. The parrot was delivered with care and appropriate cage. The bird delivered was the one that I choose in the pictures they send me. Very happy with everything and would recommend to everyone. Top ⭐️

The website was very easy to get around and with various of birds and very good descriptions

The cage was already set up and gave me some starter food for the Parallette

The delivery driver arrived after midnight, which is ok for me. Quite late for him to deliver from his location to mine, which he didn’t have to, however, he offered to and that was very good of him to do so.

He was very polite and very informative regarding the Paralllette as the breed of bird is my first after having Canaries for over 13yrs

I bought a parrot and food for the parrot from them in January 2023. Parrot arrived with few hours delay but they forgot to bring me the parrot's food. I contacted them, they excused and promised me to sent the parrot's food next day via Royal Mail, and even offered me 2 kg extra for free as a compliment. The food never arrived. I contacted them a week later. They said it is on the way. One week later....still nothing arrived. Liars.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!!!! brought an Indian ring neck for 100 and was totally scammed. 5 days later the bird is dead after not being able to walk and having respiratory problems and when i contacted them they try to blame me. I have kept birds alot of years and never had this happen to my fit and healthy birds by the looks of it has happened to everyone that has brought a ringneck i have now rang the rspca as its the poor animals that are suffering and this man is conning everyone out of hundreds of pounds STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

This business sells birds that have respiratory infections,and are older than he states they are.Got a blue ring neck delivered on the 5th Jan and his breathing was very loud, contacted the seller who ignored my messages and on the 12th January the poor bird died. The seller is taking no responsibility and will not refund the money.The bird was in poor condition and very dull and not breathing properly.Please be warned and do not risk buying a bird from this man.We have reported to RSPCA and APHA. This business needs closing down.They are making money and selling very poorly birds.Liars and scammers!!!

Bought an Indian ring neck parrot that was supposed to be a baby,he arrived in a box he couldn’t even stand up in. As soon as I put him in his new home I noticed his breathing was really heavy I thought It was just stress from travelling (paid £65 delivery) and his feathers were in poor condition but on the second day his breathing was still bad so I messaged them on the website and never got a response. He arrived on 5th January 2023 and this morning 12th January 2023 he passed away. He was my first parrot and was really starting to warm up to me I had him feeding out of my hand and climbing on me. When he arrived he was absolutely terrified any movement you would make he would freak out. I’ve now text the person selling the birds and have yet to get a response but judging by everybody else’s reviews I probably won’t get one. This company needs shutting down DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PERSON! I will be reporting them to the RSPCA as the birds that are in their “care” are NOT looked after!

Absolute scammer do not use. So placed an order on their website for a love bird. Purchased all the bits for my new bird. After no communication at all and after paying £65 for the delivery charge. Which I was happy paying. I sent email after email. Asking when would my bird be delivered. No communication back at all. No return emails, I went back onto their website. Found the contact number asked through txt. Was assured my bird would be delivered Thursday. Thursday comes no bird no communication at all. Sent another txt asking when my bird would come seen proven read no reply! Sent another message asking for a refund. As clearly a scam seller also website. Message seen read no reply again. Sent another message stating I will now do a chargeback with my credit card company. And I will be reporting to the financial ombudsman services, once again read and suddenly got a txt reply, apparently refunded and received a email. Surprise surprise no email. Hasn’t refunded me at all. How many people have they scammed. I fully warn others do not buy a bird or anything from there website. They are scammers. Wrote a lengthy email to the financial ombudsman services also sent all evidence Also a chargeback with my credit card company! Please do not use them. How many others have they scanned!!! Stay clear
