Gorgeous Pilates studio. I had been wanting to try Pilates for so long but was so nervous I wouldn’t be able to pick up the moves etc! But since being in Waseema’s classes especially wow i absolutely love coming! Waseema is a fantastic teacher who pushes you but also understands if you can’t do something she will simplify it and on the other hand add layers for those who want a challenge, so you’re never stood not doing anything other than what you are capable to do! So everyone is getting the most out of her classes for what their body can achieve. I look forward to Waseema’s classes every week!!

I cannot recommend Waseema highly enough! She is an exceptional Pilates instructor who truly cares about her students' progress. Every single class is a fantastic challenge; she always knows exactly how to push you just a bit further to get the best results. Recently, she introduced ankle weights to our routine, which has been incredibly motivating and has taken our workouts to the next level.

Her sessions are beautifully structured, ensuring a full-body workout every time. But what I love most is how she wraps up the class: the final minutes are always dedicated to relaxation and motivational thoughts, leaving you ready to conquer the day. I am so incredibly happy to have found Wasema and to have her guiding me through my body transformation journey. A thousand times thank you!
