BikeFair Anmeldelser

A great bike seller with a lot of potention. They work with reliable partners, so they only sell fair bikes.

Goede service!

Site easy to use. Also customer service answer on time.

Trustworthy website and great customer service!

Dus helemaal top!!

Bikefair is what bicycle market needed. Only 100% legal bikes. My 1st choice when selling and buying bikes.

Extremely reliable. I ordered twice from them and they communicated very well and let me know exactly what was happening. I love my bike it's amazing!

Fast service, nice bike, very good customer support.

Didnt work, no responses

Everything has gone in the best way, with a quality product and a committed and communicative seller. Great internet platform to get a bike in the Nederlands. Highly recommended.

Really happy with the website's service as well as the bike that I bought! Amazing website! If you want to buy or sell an used bike without any problem use this site! Really trustworthy!

The bike looked as advertised. Confirming the handover was smooth. Cool to see the after sale care.

Very happy to stumble upon these guys! The process was very easy, I have the guarantee that the bike was not stolen and the payment is secure! When I placed my first order, the seller dis not respond in 4 days and, since the money was not at the seller yet, I was able to cancel my order with only one click. Second bike order is now complete and I am currently enjoying it thanks to these guys!
Will definitely buy again from them.
Keep up to good work!

The website looks really nice and everything is straightforward. I got a really nice bike with a very reasonable price.

Overall, ordering a bike through the website was easy. Advice is available to determine precisely the size one needs. They also provide useful accessories at a decent price. There was only a slight hiccup as I ordered the delivery service for my bicycle before testing it (as the store selling the bicycle was not delivering to my area) and the system doesn't deal super well with that particular case, but the customer support team was very proactive and solved the issue for me.

I'm happy with my experience! I got the bike delivered to me by the shop and they waited patiently so I could try it for a few minutes! Happy to have the site available in English as well.

My experience with BikeFair has been completely positive. It's a nice, easy, trustworthy way to buy a bike, the number of bikes is strong, and it's pleasing to see a company take second-hand bikes seriously.
