We bought (and then sold) a couple ebikes for an extended stay in the Netherlands. The bikes we purchased were delivered to us and met our expectations. Selling our bikes is where we really had a great experience. We were on a tight deadline to sell, and the people at BikeFair were super accommodating and helpful to us. Was a lifesaver to have them store and sell the bikes for us. Definitely will use them again next time we do an extended stay in the Netherlands!

Ordered my new bike and received it at home on the same day. Perfect conditions, exactly like the photo and description of it. Super happy with it!

Bikefair is a platform for bike repair shops selling second hand bikes. PRO: prevention against theft and fraud CON: prices a little above market value for second hand bikes; I experienced the problem that you get your used bike delivered without the optional try-out tour. So when I was not satisfied I had to return the bike myself or face high return costs (€40). I was lucky to find another bike at the sellers, but I will not recommend buying a bike online without a tryout before.

BikeFair stored and sold my used bike once I had finished a cycling trip in Europe and returned to Canada. Very accommodating, trustworthy, and excellent service!

duurde erg lang voor mijn fiets er eindelijk was en ze waren erg slecht bereikbaar maar wel vriendelijk. en het is een mooie fiets

Erg ingewikkeld allemaal ,werkt te langzaam en moet te lang de fiets op voorraad houden.
Sluit graag aan als het allemaal is uitgewerkt.

They helped me to sold a bike. The website is easy to use, communication was great. I stored the bike at their warehouse and they sell it for me while I was on vacation.

Zeer betrouwbare organisatie, heb mijn fiets daar te koop gesteld en drie weken later was deze verkocht. Je krijgt je geld van de organisatie doordat de koper eerst het geld aan hun moet betalen na dat de fiets is gereserveerd. Kan deze organisatie ten zeerste aanbevelen.

Thanks- lovely bike. I also appreciated good phone support from BikeFair when I needed it instead of having to chat to a bot or filll in a form to make contact. It was helpful to be able to search through so many bikes with the criteria I needed and buy without worries.

Customer service called the same day to inform me that the seller sold bike already. They provided a better (more expensive) bike alternative and covered the difference. This is the first time that any customer support actually helped me.

Thanks to Bikefair I got my first Gazelle bike! I live in Estonia and they helped me to find right size and organize delivery. Communication was fast and they even called me to be sure that I really want to get bike to abroad and gave me enough informatsion about sizes and delivery price. First I've chosen a bit too big bike. They helped to change it to a other one. It is really east to use their webpage. Definitely recommend that page!

My and my husband were looking for a quick sale of our bike and BikeFair turn out to be the best place to do that! I had no expectations, perhaps the other way round, I was thinking what kind of website is that, it’s not like any name I heard, but little I knew that it’s such a great service!
