Great Product and Quick Delivery
Great product and quick delivery. I had it installed at my local bike shop and my ride has not been the same since. Easy to move the seat up and down with the max height for powerful pedaling and the lowest height makes it a breeze to stop and dismount. And the subtle suspension in the seat in wonderful.

I use my hardtail fatbike for doing…
I use my hardtail fatbike for doing summer trail work. I pull a trailer with my cutting gear on it on our single track trails. I went out cutting before I got the suspension dropper post. I didn't think my hardtail was going to work. Riding was way too rough on my body peddling up root infested trails while seated. This suspension dropper post it is a game changer. I can ride for hours and still feel good and not have a soar body.
I give this product 2 thumbs up.

Overall pleased but they got the wrong…
Overall pleased with pricing and speed but they got the wrong size on my brake rotor so I had to buy an adaptor so that was frustrating
Edit: I changed it to four stars, just because I do believe they would’ve made it right but what’s frustrating is it was already at the service guy so it would’ve resulted in a big delay to get this worked out as I had to wait for another part and I don’t know how to put it on.
Thanks again though, it’s a good business before I bought that I easily got a hold of them and the gentleman on the phone was very easy to talk to and very nice and informative.
