Awesome experience with this company
I ordered some hard to find brake adapters from bikecomponents.ca which is based in Canada. Since I am in the United States (Texas) the owner called me and said before he shipped them he wanted me to be aware that the U.S. may access duty fees on the parts but it is not possible to know how much the fees will be. I was so impressed he called me to tell me that. I had him go ahead and ship them and due to the parts being made in Italy and were small parts, there was no duty fee accessed. Quick shipping, care for their customers, quality hard to find products; what more could you ask for?

Good prices

Dissapointing service
After waiting two weeks for my order to arrive, I had to go through an exchange process that caused even more delay—with no effort made to make up for the inconvenience. The entire process was frustrating and poorly handled. As a customer, I feel let down. Definitely not satisfied with Bike Components. Not recommending based on this experience.

Hi Ronel, thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review. We did inform you that there would be a bit of a shipping delay since a few of the items had to come from another warehouse to consolidate the shipping. Once we had all the times in your order we shipped them expedited and they arrived 2 days after being shipped. With regards to the exchange, we shipped the exchange item as soon as you confirmed shipment of the items which would be returning in order to speed up the whole process as much as possible. Normally we would wait for the returning items to arrive before shipping the exchange items.
