I had some sizing issues with my son’s bike upgrade recently which meant trying a couple of different options of bike before we managed to identify the most suitable bike for my son. The support I received from Sham throughout this process was first class and she went above and beyond in her efforts to ensure my son had the right bike for him. Excellent customer service thank you.

I found Bike Club really accessible and straightforward to subscribe for my two boys (5 and 2 years old). This was a considerably cost effective option as they could exchange bikes as the kids grow which would mean fewer purchases and need to resell. The subscription was also at a 50% discount which was great! The customer support team were also really helpful and responsive with any issues I had.

Following an issue with delivery, Sham was incredibly helpful in supporting us with a re-delivery.

The customer service, communication, and speed with which Bike Club resolve issues and deliver is first rate.
They care about you, your child, and your experience. Any dealing with them feels personal and easy, which in a busy world with so much admin to do is so refreshing. They do what they say they will, and they do it with kindness.
This is a great company, saving wastage by reusing bikes, saving me money, time, and energy.

What a great idea! It was so easy to chose a bike for my daughter, and delivery was really quick with an easy set up guide. We have had the bike a few weeks now and it’s been amazing!

I've had 3 bikes now through bike club and each one has been absolute quality. My kids love them, and I love that I can exchange them as they grow. The delivery has always been great too!

Does exactly what they say they will do. Super bikes, easy to use service and lots of availability and delivery options. (You dont have to wait weeks). That said, popular bikes you might have to go on a wait list.

There was a bit of a mix up with our delivery at first, but they were extremely helpful and polite to get the issue sorted.
It feels like the are as invested in my son enjoying his bike as I am :-)

Sham was amazing in helping us to get the bike for our daughter, in time for her birthday. She went out of her way to help and support. The service was excellent and would highly recommend!

I would like to say a huge ‘Thank you’ to Sham, for her support throughout the little blips we experienced. She was always on the other end of a phone or email , answering straight away . She is fabulous in supporting customers. I just wanted to say that she is such a credit to The Bike Club .

Lacks transparency and integrity. I wrote a negative review based on their unethical use of generative AI. Bike Club acknowledged the review and thanked me. Then a week later appealed to have the review removed as it was not a “genuine experience”.

**Edited - the reply to this review is also dishonest. The notification I received clearly stated “ bikeclub.com has flagged your review because they don’t think it’s based on a genuine experience.”

Such a great idea. It’s enabled my little boy to quickly get his confidence with a slightly smaller bike and then I can swap it with a larger one soon when he’s ready. He was riding without stabilizers on the day he got it! The bike is lightweight and looks great.

I would recommend Bike Club to anyone. We have had three bikes now for my daughter and just got the first for my son. Both children learnt to ride extremely quickly as the bikes are so lightweight. Delivery was speedy and customer service is excellent.

We have used Bike Club for well over 5 years now and have always received fantastic service. Delivery is always on time and easy to track your. We will continue to use Bike Club until our children grow out of their bike’s. Thank you to Selin who has gone the extra mile with our most recent order.

They sent bike out with brake cable/wire/yoke incorrectly positioned so brakes not working. They wanted us to be bike mechanics to fix it. No amount of turning the handlebars as they suggested would fix it as a part had been put in the wrong place. We had to take to a bike repair shop which was very inconvenient and pay for them to disassemble and put the brakes back together correctly. Don't understand how a bicycle can be sent out without checking that the brakes/brake cable are properly positioned and connectable. Its just pure laziness and shows they have no care for the condition bikes reach customers. Checking the brakes are correctly positioned before sending bikes to customers is so basic, like checking the bike has 2 wheels. Had a previous bad customer service experience with them too. Need a lot of improvement

Absolutely amazing customer service. I originally ordered my son a bike from a different company and long story short had nothing but mess about. I email 'bike club' at first asking if i could add stabilisers to the bike and in the end had an amazing conversation and ordered my son his new big boy bike. Customer service even got the delivery to come a few days sooner because they knew my son was super excited to try practicing riding. Sooo pleased with the service. Cant wait till it comes myself now 😊

Wonderful service. I exchanged my son's bike and ordered the new one slightly too late for it to arrive for his birthday. I sent an email and a lovely customer care assistant, Sham, was able to move the delivery date to the day before his birthday.
We love using this service. My boy is 6 and they grow so quickly at this age, this is just so much better than buying a new bike every year. Such a good concept.
