Not Happy

I haven't received my purchased item. The item was intended to be a Valentine's gift. My order was placed on the 25th of January. I paid extra to ensure a 2 to 3 week delivery. At latest, I planned on the gift being a day two late if worse came to worse. I am very dissatisfied.

Hi, your parcel which is addressed to an overseas Military installation outside of the USA is still in control of the US Postal Service with Military Priority Mail Tracking # 9470115901484987045411. Although we guarantee delivery dates for shipments within the the 50 states of America, we provide an estimate of about 1 to 3 weeks for delivery of United States Military shipments going overseas to other parts of the world. This is because the Unites States Postal Service does not guarantee specific delivery time to any USA Military locations, such as your APO, AE address. We are very sorry that the Postal Service is taking longer than the average delivery time frame of 1 to 3 weeks, but there is nothing we can do to compel the Postal Service to deliver your package faster.

Therefore we have issued you a 100% refund, including the $23.60 you paid for Priority Mail shipping, - and you may keep the product for free when and if it arrives. We tracked your parcel at usps.com with your Military Priority Mail tracking # 9470115901484987045411, and it shows that your parcel remained in the USA for 10 days for some reason, as it traveled from New Jersey to Illinois - which seems strange to us - but Military Mail sometimes travels in unorthodox and unusual routes, which we have no control over.

disappointed in the construction but love the bear.

I like the bear but it has issues. The head was hand sewn in one place and it shows. the neck (left side back) needs to be sewn up as there is a hole. For what I paid this is disappointing. I say final inspection needs to be tightened up at the bear factory. I would recomend your company to others, but will STRONGLY advise them to have a needle and thread handy when the bear comes in. Delivery was perfect, The wife got up V-day morning said hi happy V-day and went to the bathroom. I checked the porch and the bear was there. I placed the huge box on her side of the couch and waited for the fun. WIth the exception of the hole in the neck it was pretty much spot on. Thank you

Why only 4stars?

Because it said it would get there on Valen times day(on the website) even after I ordered a custom ribbon to go around the Bears neck the day before Valentine's Day I figured it wouldn't so I called and it wouldn't have if I didn't tell them to go ahead and leave it blank. Other then that good service and it made her hay when it got there yes on time

Excellent response time, and the product was better than expected!

I was surprised at how fast my order was processed and how soon my order was shipped. The package was received 2 days before I thought it would arrive! This was awesome. Also if I had not known was I was going to purchase before viewing this site I may have looked for days because the selection is enormous! I ordered the Big Plush Moose and am not disappointed. It is extremely soft and precisely the size it was described as. Overall I am very satisfied with my product and the service. I will not hesitate to reccommend this website to a friend, and I would return to this site for another purchase readily!

Overall I good job

Everything was great except one thing. The eyes was a little off from the nose and mouth. Other than that no issues.

Complete let down.

i got the six foot rose. With a personalized bow. First thing I noticed after un boxing is it so curved or warped it looked like a " C" when I pulled it out of the box. Then I look at the leaves and two of them were coming apart at the seams. The rose was so wrinkled it barely resembled a rose by valentines it still hadn't relaxed. the bent rod had punctured on the bottom of the stem. The worst part was the personalized ribbon was tied so the personalized part was IN THE KNOT.

I didn't even waste my time complaining since I thought bigplush.com was a rip off site and I got ripped off. But since you sent me this I will tell you . I bought my wife some jewelry instead. After I gave her the necklace I then went to my truck and got this so called six foot plush rose. When I showed it to her we had a good time making fun of this thing I had wasted 160 or so bucks on. She called me an idiot for falling for an online scam. Needles to say it hit the trash valentines night. Thanks for nothing.

I just received a call from the owner! Got refunded 100%

I am going to give these guys another shot. Just no roses:p

Great Product

The bear i ordered came in perfect condition. However, someone messed up when making the ribbon and misspelled the lettering. I tried several times to contact the company via their email, messaging system through my account on their website, and phone call. No responses for the first two whatsoever; my phone call went through the second time i called, but since it was after hours he said he would leave a message to the morning shift upper management and i would receive an email as to when a replacement ribbon would be shipped. Never received such email. Now i have a bear with an incorrectly written message. Disappointed.

Update: i got contacted by Mike who was really friendly and reassured me that a ribbon would be sent out the next day, which it was. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

My daughter ❤️'s her 3ft Teddy Bear!

Bought the 3ft Teddy Bear for my daughter for Valentine's Day. It arrived the day before Valentine's Day (I didn't expect it to be here bc I didn't pay extra money & I ordered just a few days before this holiday. I even added the voice recording & personalized ribbon. She adores her bear. It is soft and very, very precious. Just extremely cute. We had a house fire (lightning struck our home) & daughter lost her stuffed animals and she was extremely excited when she got this huge, super precious teddy bear. Thank you!

disappointing packaging

I ordered the 6foot rose. I was quite disappointed in the packaging. The rose was obvious squeezed and squished into the package. In fact, it looked a bit deformed and I had no choice but to present it as-is on valentine's day. Not very impressive. I will most likely not recommend bigplush to anyone because of this. Valentine's Day is important and presentation is a big part of it... bigplush failed me :(

Great quality, perfect as described.

I ordered this bear for my girlfriend for a change in valentines day gift. She was so surprised and she loved it. It is huge but well worth the price to see the reaction of her face when it was shipped.

Great but not perfect

I was expecting to have it stuffed with soft material but it was very firm and she put it as "uncuddley" but she still love it. The only other problem is that some of the stitching I found on the bottom seemed weak and was too visible. Other than that, it was pretty good

Overall satisfaction

Great quality and customer support. Happened by chance to receive a bear of poor quality and they resolved my issue quickly and with no frustration on my end what so ever.

Great Customer Service

I ordered a teddy from bigplush, there were a few complications along the way. However, these issues were resolved immediately, I am therefore very very happy with the outstanding customer service from this company.

Would definitely recommend.

Where is my order

My experience has been horrible. I ordered the 5ft teddy bear on January 10th. According to the e-mail they sent me it was shipped on the same day with a "Guaranteed" delivery date of January 20th. I still have not received my bear and when I called them a week ago they said he would call me back because his servers were apparently down. He also told me he would send it out via UPS and send me an email when he did. So far he has not done that either. So after me calling several times getting no response and leaving voice mails I will be calling my credit card company and having them cancel the order. Horrible experience and from other reviews on the bear i ordered its not even 5ft like it claims to be.

It was nice speaking with you last week, as we worked to get this issued cleared up. As we discussed, you had originally placed your order on January 10th and selected this shipping method: "*FREE* SHIPPING: WILL Arrive by JAN. 20th". We shipped your order on January 12th via US Postal Service Priority Mail with this tracking # 9405515901484987039124. When I track that number at usps.com, it shows that your order was picked up from us on January 12th and was in transit to you at that time. However there are no further tracking details after that.

Obviously this was another US Postal Issue, as we have had similar delivery issues recently with Priority Mail - and have had several meetings with the local Postmaster. (As a side note, we have now stopped using the Postal Service for the majority of new orders because of incidents such as this).

As we discussed, after your order never arrived you did indeed contact us - and we did indeed promise to re-ship to you again - this time using UPS instead of the Postal Service. And as we discussed, that promise was not kept - thus causing you to submit your original review. (We have since added additional administrative staff to help keep up with our growing customer volume - so these things that should never have happened in the first place do not happen in the future). After reading your review, we then spoke with you, and as you know, we finally DID re-ship your order on Feb 3, 2015 via UPS with UPS tracking # 1ZE710V90398634314. I just tracked it at ups.com and it shows that it was delivered to you on Feb. 7th.

Since we have not heard back from you since then, it appears all is OK now. However we want to make sure, so please either reply back here to let us know if your issue was resolved to your satisfaction - or if there is anything more we need to do to help. Thank you for your business.
