Clothes took a bit longer than expected but customer service was quick to assure me that they were still in transit despite my tracking link not being the best. I don't fault the company for slow delivery as it isn't really up to them once it leaves their office. Clothes are always good quality, and with how hard it is to find bigger Clothes that are also comfortable and fashionable I appreciate what biggmans does :)

So far the issue was solved i hope everything goes well. What's a delivery?

I love the selection. I dislike not knowing the estimated ship receipt date or capability to pay for express shipping.

Placed an order on April 29, 2025 and have been trying to follow up on an order which was for my grandson’s graduation. No help or information on our order. My daughter who is a content creator will be going on several social media platforms to warn shoppers NOT to use this scam of a website. I want my order or a refund for order #00114393 and for tracking number ZC06436982299!!! My daughter has some news media connections and I will contacting them about this company. Too many people are getting scammed!

Shirts showed up after 6 weeks of waiting even though I paid for express shipping. Not even close to correct size , after contacting customer service about a refund (return shipping would cost almost as much as the order)
I was told there is nothing that can be done ...

Will shop at DXL in future their service and quality is much better

I was hoping for more description on pants length but couldn't find anything. So I'm hoping the pants are long enough.

Like the style of clothing I just hope everything fits per your size charts

Ordered my pants a month ago and nothing came. Over two weeks late from their expected delivery and now I go onto tracking and it has reverted back to not in transit. They communicated twice saying they were on their way.

It was easy to do business with Biggmans.

The user interface of the site is well done, easy to find what interests us. 5 stars are deserved

site was easy to get around and find the things i wanted, and they came in sizes i need.

You have the sizes I need and an amazing assortment of choices which I love. My brother has gained a lot of weight and it’s very difficult to find cool clothes that he likes & will wear so now I’m just waiting for the outfits I ordered for him to see how that turns out. I hope it’s good because I’ll come right back and buy some more if the fit is good & quality is good. I can’t wait.

I’m giving 5 stars and I don’t have the product yet. I’m doing so because ordering from the website was fairly easy, minus the fact that the “sets” option isn’t straight forward at all. When ordering the sets am I supposed to go by my pant size or shirt size? I’m a 5X shirt and 2X pants, it doesn’t give the option to choose the set, pant size and in a separate box, shirt size. You just hope you pick the right one. Just like me. Waiting to see. If the product is good I’ll definitely reorder and spread the word to my bigger homies, but if it sucks I’ll also come re-review. I do really like the look and style of the clothes online so I’m hopeful.

Very easy on line ordering!!! That’s the first time I heard my husband saying he likes the clothes and would wear them!! Can’t wait for his outfit to come

The product are very unique and my husband likes them. But wish the order would be shipped out last then 3 weeks.
