I bought 2 outfits from this company never got them sent several emails and reference to why haven't received my product that I paid for also I requested a refund and they have not responded to me about anything or where my product is they said shipped to me but I never received it do not buy anything from this c*** they are overseas Chinese company and it will not honor you or help you any kind of way

Never got my order. Nor did I get any confirmation.nothing. Then the tell me it was sent.maybe it was in the bushes such bull shit from a professional company. I need to get my money back.

I emailed support because I did not receive the clothing I ordered. The response said it was received. I advised that I did not receive the package and requested a refund.

I ordered size 4XL pants from Biggmans. When received the merchandise was very small. Waist was not even 14 inches across. Tried to return merchandise. No response from Biggmans.

The outfit received was simply just meh quality and way over priced for it. Spent a total of $80 for the one outfit for my father for bad quality. I tried to return the outfit, just to have complications with communication. I explained that the outfit just wasn't up to standards and was just looking to return it for a refund.

They basically told me that they needed to make money as a business and would only refund me $15 and I would have to pay the return fee. This was just days after receiving the outfit, still within the 30 days for returns. They then gave me an address to ship the outfit back to, but the address was from a completely different country than where Biggmans is located based on their website.

Their response was that we could negotiate a refund price, but after those emails, I never heard back from them. Now I'm out $80 and have an outfit of bad quality that my dad won't wear.

It was a totally unfair exchange.

I really couldn't give him a star but there is just one I never got a refund on my product I told them it never came I looked out in the mailbox they said they shipped it with two different companies overseas my money was lost for $90 never got the product never got a refund and they don't answer their phone this is the worst company to deal with

The order took a long time. The sizes they listed did not match what I recieved. The material is just awful. The pants and sweater I recieved also looked awful. The colors are off. Pretty much a fail in every category.

Slow shipping time, low quality product and sizing of products was not consistent with clothing that I have that is 3 extra large. Contacted their customer service and sent them pictures of their clothing items they sent me to show how cheap and low quality their products are but got no response after I sent them pictures that they requested. I will not buy from this company again. Good luck to whomever buys anything from them.

I place an order for a suit for my father’s funeral on April 30th 2026. The delivery time stated within 5 business days. It’s now May 11th and my dad’s funeral is this week. I didn’t read the reviews, my fault but I thought 5 business days was reasonable so I just purchased. I got an email with a tracking number that is invalid. I’m disappointed. The phone numbers they have DO NOT WORK. Please do not order from these people. Save your money and shop elsewhere .

Ordered a short sleeve short set.. I recieved a long sleeve shirt. NOt a set. The Material is HORRIBLE. I want to do a return and no one is replying to my email.

Looked on Shein to find a replacement and saw this shirt on there of $12??? I paid $44.

I placed an order without looking at reviews, 100% my fault. I was sent barely half of my order and the product that I did receive was terrible quality. Then, when trying to get a refund for all the items missing plus returning the clothing I did get, they have tried to get me to accept a credit for less than the clothes missing and have not been willing to send a return address label which their website states they will do if there is a problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They do not stand behind what they say and the same product can be found elsewhere from a more reputable company.

Buyers Remorse
I bought one of this company's men shirts, and it took over a month to receive it, because it came from overseas from some 3rd world Asian country.
In addition to this company's unreasonable shipping timeline. Plus, this shirt that I receive consist of super super super low quality fabric material.

Whoever the tailor that made this shirt, was an absolute amateur.
It looked like an 8 year old sewing student did this shirt.
This Shirt was straight garbage.
Of course this shirt wasn't worth shipping money, to send it back to the company as a return.
Lastly, this shirt deserved an oneway trip to my kitchen trash can.
Don't send these people (Biggmans Company) any money, if you don't won't to be bamboozled.

I placed my order March the 13 it's April the 29th and I received the pants of one of the outfits I order. There is no customer service the voice mail for the number is full so you can not leave a message very poor experience. Will never order again.

My experience with Biggmans, a subsidiary of Torrid Chic, has been unfavorable. I previously purchased a 3X short set that fit well, but the 4X size was too small for a kid. I tried to reach out to the company for a refund or exchange but received no response. The items took two months to arrive, and the purchase deadline for a dispute had passed. Given their poor customer service, I would caution against buying from Biggmans.

Ordered pants and shirt only pants arrived. Won't reply to emails now.

17 emails later they asked for a photo of the empty packaging to prove the shirt was not there. Terrible service don't buy here.

Ordered a hoodie in August for Halloween. Item arrived in time for Thanksgiving, was of the worst quality and did nothing close to fitting me. Will never buy from any place where the models are all AI generated. Thanks for the 60 dollar lesson.

WTF??? Ordered 2 pairs of 5XL linen pants through BIGGMANS company's website. Ordered 3/24 Received 4/5. I can't get one leg in these pants and they are too small and short for an average size man. These mf's got me to the tune of $50. I don't know where to start a return. Product made in CHINA. DON'T BUY SHIT FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! BIGGMANS, really? Inseam has to be 22 and waist 20 if not smaller...

Die Firma verschickt Ware mit schlechter Paßform und aus extrem minderwertigem Stoff (billiger China-Plastik-Stoff). Rücksendung nach Japan auf eigene Kosten und Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises nur wenn Ware dort jemals ankommt. Gibt man die Adresse auf Google-Map ein, kommt kein Ergebnis. Finger weg!!!
