Never arrived
Im at 16 days still no package still no way to track i have emailed them because of no phone number and only 1 response saying we are shipping soon. So can't rate the clothes cause I dont have them and know when there coming.

Garbage.
It's been 3 weeks since I ordered. I had read reviews talking about the slow delivery. So I was somewhat prepared. You can use their tracking number at www .17track .net/en without having to download some sketchy app. My order has been stuck at customs in Los Angeles for 4 days. I am not happy, but at the same time, it is not entirely their fault. I will update this when/if I get my clothes.
It took 2 more weeks to get my order. The shirts are okay (though a little small. I got 3x. Order up a size). The shorts and pants are NOT the same material shown in the photos. The pants are like pajamas and like a foot too long. In no way do they resemble the slacks/pants in the photos. I would return but I can't find a shipper for less then $70. Lesson learned again. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Save your money and your time.

i paid 266.99 dollars for items which should have arrived in Bulgaria. I gave them correct address but they couldn't deliver the item. They are liars and offer poor service. STAY AWAY !

I placed an order with Biggmans and never received my items. I contacted customer service multiple times — email, WhatsApp, phone — and got no real response or support. The phone number doesn’t work, the WhatsApp group is silent, and the Instagram/TikTok pages look active but clearly aren’t being used to assist customers.
Apple Cash won’t refund me because the merchant won’t respond or cooperate. At this point, it’s clear this is either a scam site or a company that has no business taking people’s money.
Avoid ordering from Biggmans — it’s not worth the stress.
