Put an order in as I have done many times and they send to an unknown address then blame me for checkout as a guest , WHY I've had account for years with them , they hide behind emails and blame you so no more. No refund no clothing what sort of company is this. AVOID,!!!!!

Terrible Customer Service Experience
Terrible experience. They shipped the wrong size. Contacted customer service and required me to send pictures of the item and the labels; once confirmed requested me to return the item and they would exchange. I immediately returned the item and the refunded the cost of the item instead of exchanging it. Customer service then said to purchase the item again and they would refund postage. I purchase the item, send them the order number, they tell me they will refund postage, a few hours later, the item is out of stock and the entire order was cancelled.

Top notch!
These are superb value and really great quality. Sizing is quite big and l could of got away with one size smaller. I ordered XXL as l am a 42/44 waist. XL would of been perfect size for me. The pockets are really deep, probably too deep! They are only for bumming around the house, so l am really happy with my purchase. Great fast service too! 10/10!

when ordering i upsized to 7x u.s. and they sent 7x in u.k. which is 6x in u.s.
not sure why this happened again but i doubt i'll order so much from them in the future.

Usually the rating would be full however I ordered an article for next day delivery but did not get it will now have to wait till Monday I can't blame bigdude as they used royal mail who often do this take the money for next day delivery and deliver when they feel like it ordered 26th

Just had my first order from these guys 3 shirts and a pair of chinos.....guess what they actually fit ...2xl really is 2xl ...I'm just about brassed of with ordering 2 or 3 xl on line and they still come up tight ....very happy indeed

Their shirt sizing is 2x more longer…
Their shirt sizing is 2x more longer than the true american size. For their 2xlt 3xlt and 4xlt are all just a half inch apart in length. Of 39-40 inches. And america true size is up to 36inches in length. But yet they label usa 3xlt as 39.5 inches and thats way over the size of usa length. Thier 3xlt size makes it loolk like a dress on you compared to usa true size is perfect. They need to take the usa out of their website name.

If the length is not suitable, we would generally recommend choosing items from our BIG range instead, which are designed with standard body length.

Great value. Fast shipping in the USA. Accurate sizing. While the material is a little on the thin side for most of the t-shirts, they are cut nicely and I appreciate the generous length even on the non-tall items. Really good company for big men to find affordable clothing that fits reasonably well.
