Don't take in your part ex unless you want to give it away...
The car I looked at was poorly prepared with dirty door cards and door shuts. These things are fine it youre allowed a discussion about the deal.. But the computer says no! The cars are lined up beautifully the rest of the experience was poor. The XC90 I looked at must have been a repossession- it didn't add up! 15000 miles and yet abused. On the plus side they hadn't tried to hide it!

I would avoid this dealership, total shambles from start to finish. We didnt end up buying the vehicle

Disgraceful service—avoid this dealership
​My recent visit to the St. Margaret's Branch was, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional and disrespectful retail experience I have ever had. From the moment we walked in at 5:15 p.m on 6th June, it was clear that the sales staff had zero interest in actually doing their job.
​Immediate
Hostility: I was greeted not with a welcome, but with a condescending question as to why I had bothered coming in person when I could have looked online.

​Blatant Disrespect: We were left standing in front of the representative for over 10 minutes while he prioritised a phone call to book a viewing for someone else, without once offering us a seat or an acknowledgement of our presence.

​Active Obstruction: When we tried to discuss our interest in electric vehicles, the representative was dismissive, demanding model names but refusing to look up stock or offer alternatives. Despite claiming they had over 150 cars, he refused to even get up from his chair to show us anything on the lot.

​Forced Ejection: When our frustration became apparent, the representative did not try to assist us.

Instead, he essentially kicked us out by giving a sarcastic "thank you, bye-bye" before turning his back on us.

This is not a business that wants to sell cars; it is a place that views customers as an inconvenience. If you are looking for a professional, helpful, and respectful car-buying experience, do yourself a favor and take your business literally anywhere else!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Arranged to collect my van at 9:30am the week after paying my deposit, I arrived to collect it and nothing had been done sat waiting until 11am for a so called valet, service and a new battery, and the vehicle had only had the battery changed. No checks had been done, had to replace all brakes at a local garage to me, on top of all that after the sale is complete they add on a admin fee of £360 which is not shown on the original invoice.
SO LONG STORY SHORT VEHICLE NOT FIT FOR THE ROAD, NO CHECKS COMPLETE, NOT VALETED, ADDING ADDITIONAL COSTS
BASICALLY JUST A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Ray was very helpful, quick and easy sale and great handover!

Great customer service and managed to get a car ready for me at very short notice which I was very appreciative of.

Went to view a car and the sales guy said it was sale ready. I've never seen a sale ready car in such a state. 2 front bald tyres, one alloy was wrecked, there were scuffs all over the bodywork and inside was filthy.
Don't waste your time with this dealership.

Our daughter bought her first car today, the service was brilliant, everything explained to us and the staff were brilliant, especially Kieran King, made us feel really at ease
