In reality their pool of people is miserable in comparison to J4Kiss.com
and other popular and worthy dating sites. But they do their utmost to make it seem very large. When you sign up and try to write to the women, you feel something is off. You find out that the majority of accounts are dormant or abandoned. They either haven't been there for ages or they were clearly created by AI.

I had a very disappointing experience with Bharat Matrimony. The platform encourages users to join the Gold Membership to connect with profiles. However, after selecting a profile and trying to connect with a member, I found that the Bharat Matrimony team starts contacting users again and asking for more money.

In my opinion, this feels like a misleading business model. Customers pay for membership expecting proper access and genuine connections, but then additional payment requests create frustration and distrust.

I would advise others to be very careful before purchasing any paid membership. Please understand all terms clearly before making any payment, so you do not feel trapped later.

Worst experience. Only few profiles in the beginning to show that they have profiles on their site. But after u pay and enrol no movement at all. Completely fake and scam.

The portal is a scam. They ask you to pay and all the acceptances they send are local matrimonials who will then ask you to pay another 5000 rs if you want details. Most profiles are fake. Customer service does not exisit.

It says free registration and that's exactly what it is. you can't see any messages, connect or call anyone that shows interest, until you upgrade. Know many that registered here. None are happy.

Total process is fraud. They collect money for certain purpose and they donot do any thing. Some times they collect for renewal and renew for diferent matrimony. No complaint will be attended by them. Totally is bad

Very terrible service. When they wanted us to purchase there membership they used to call everyday to convince us. And they had this condition that if they don't provide good service then they will refund my money back in 21 days. It's been 3 months now and we didn't liked the service from very starting itself. I am international client and we are requesting for refund every single day. Even there customer service is also not good. They had charged my such a huge amount for 3 month service and they are denying from giving back the money now. What a useless app this is.

I strongly advise against using BharatMatrimonial. I was charged for a membership renewal even though I had auto-renewal turned off. When I contacted customer support via chat, I was told to send an email. I followed up multiple times by email requesting a refund, but received no resolution or response.
Due to the lack of support, I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This has been a very disappointing experience, and the customer service is extremely poor.
Please be cautious before signing up—you may end up dealing with unauthorized charges and no assistance in resolving them.

this is very very very bad service , I must recommend any other sites but not this one ,they are plenty with the same name, they force to get premium membership which is zero useful , don't don't don't pay to them trust me

As soon as registration is completed, they will force you for paid membership. Then you will be able to see hardly 100 profile. They will not add any new profiles, NO recommendation. Then they will force you to take high cost assisted service which is also of no use. Try to find match through your community groups. Many people are creating WhatsApp group and doing social service. I am fade up with all the matrimony sites.

The worst customer service experience ever. If possible I would give a minus rating. Shame on them. They are not fit to serve as customer service people. They just loot money from customer in name of accessing profiles and package upgrade and then suspend the accounts. The most irresponsible people sit at their desks.

Its a pathetic application, fake profiles , once u paid the money for membership after that they blocked your profile by saying you abuse someone and they have send the proof , when u asking for the proof from the customer service they disconnected the call.

This Site is a true cheating and stealing Customers. Also fraudulently setting auto renewal and steal your money. Never trustable and beware.

The worst at customer service, you write an e-mail & get reply almost after a week. They auto-deduct money even though you don't wish to use their services!
