WARNING: SCAM – I Never Got the Shoes I Paid £180 For ⚠️
Back in September 2024, I ordered a pair of custom oasis shoes from this seller.
I paid him £85 upfront (£70 deposit + £15 shipping), and then – exactly as he asked – I sent the remaining £104 via PayPal on December 1st.

He promised the shoes would ship between December 10–12, 2024.

Well, it’s now May 27th, 2025 – SIX MONTHS LATER – and guess what?
❌ No shoes
❌ No tracking number
❌ No refund
❌ No proof of shipment
✅ Just endless excuses and delay tactics
and he blocked me on ig and facebook after I wrote about my case on his posts.
straight up scam !!!! be careful

Excellent service from this company, kept me informed from start to finish of my order. I ordered Everton trainers, what can I say but absolutely love them. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be buying from these guys again.

From the start they told me it would be a two month wait for my order and give me the date of completion they kept me informed about the deposit and final payment
Everything they said they meant

We ordered a pair of sneakers for my son’s Confirmation. We were a bit pressed for time, but BGCustoms were extremely helpful and shipped the shoes in time for the big day, constantly informing us of the progress. We are very pleased with the sneakers and the excellent service.

Absolutely wonderful product received I was truly amazed at the quality of the product and the quality thank you to all at bgcustoms. Great company reliable and very trustworthy. Thank you again David

Absolute Scam Billy appears to be a gentle man during the order process and all the way up to payment, Once payment is made communication stops no proof of tracking. It has now been 5 months and I have still no received my shoes. After multiple emails chasing Billy confirmed he still had my shoes in hand due to a customs issue but made no effort to reach out to me to resolve or offer a refund. when I chased again he stated he “tried” to post and this was a good enough reason for him. It is 5 months later he still has my shoes and my money. Day light robbery and he sees nothing wrong with this.
Avoid AVOID AVOID. As a business owner myself I would never treat customer like this.
Next stop small claims as it’s a waste of time trying to communicate with him.
