From ordering to delivery I’m kept informed of progress by BG Customs. Payment was easy first deposit then balance on shipping.
Shoes arrived exactly as informed and very happy with them.
Thank you so much!

Billy was brilliant throughout. Advised on shoe type and gave a few ideas on the design to help make them pop a bit more. These are a birthday gift for my daughter and they are going to blow her socks off 😄. Can't thank Billy enough... I'll definitely be back for something else in the future.

Billy is as so easy to work with. He was very responsive and professional. I was a little worried that my order wouldn’t arrive on time for Christmas ( I’m in the US), but as promised, it arrived in time. When I received the shoes they were beautifully designed. I will definitely order again.

Was kept in touch throughout the progress. Trainers arrived and look absolutely amazing. So unique. Would recommend BG to anyone who would like something a bit special. Cheers guys.

Excellent communication throughout, fantastic product I am over the moon with them! Fantastic quality too, I honestly can’t recommend highly enough.

The trainers are amazing and the dialogue was great always kept updated 😃

My Stone Island ( Handball Spezials ) arrived today & I must say I’m over the moon with them , The work gone into them is top notch 5***** Dean Ballard , Whitstable, Kent ..

Ordered the stone roses trainers as a Christmas present for my daughter, arrived on time and the trainers are absolutely amazing. Great customer service, will definitely be ordering from here again.

Such as a simple and easy process.
Trainers arrived and they’re perfect.
The owner was so friendly and helpful in his communication . Would absolutely recommend

Sweet! The Stone Island Adidas i ordered for my son look awesome. Friendly seller who keeps you informed about the next steps by text and who kept to all the announced dates. You will need a little patience because the shoes have to be customized first (2 1/2 months in our case). Don’t loose your cools.

Update 01/09/2026: unfortunately part of the design (compass rose) came off on one shoe and is already peeling off from the second one. Right after the first time wearing them. Pitty 😞 (so my rating went from 5 to 2Stars).

Excellent communication trainers are worth every penny. First time ordering, but it won't be the last. I would definitely recommend BG Customs.
