I've been playing with these guys for a couple years now and all I can say is if you ever win, they paid you promptly, I'm talking within minutes. Other than that if you aren't having any luck and are trying to wipe out a large wager it gets very tough with you once you almost are done with the wager. However, the games tend to tighten up a little, and it's more difficult to hit, if your gonna play that large of a wager make sure you come out the gate with a couple of jackpots not just barley with what you started with it just makes it harder on yourself especially if your wager is almost complete. Over all good all across the board here.

Timely Payouts
This is one of the few casino websites that actually does their payouts in the timeframe they say they will. Match bonuses are not plentiful, but they do have them. They have all my favorite games with a great interface, and I have won here several times.

Caution Not Worth Your Hard earned Money
If I can leave a negative star review I would. Verification to deposit none
Verification to withdraw, ID/DL, Account number, Crypto, Proof of address, bank statement… etc. then they hit you off with “it’s states that in our T&C” and after I did that I still have to wait another 3 days for approval then another 3 days to actually get paid… which I doubt now reading all these reviews. Horrible site to play on weeks to get your winnings but 1min to make a deposit. Play anywhere else but not here. If you are reading reviews about this site pay attention to the responses about the pay outs. Every response goes back to the Terms and Conditions BS. It’s upsetting that this site is allowed to stay in business.

Stay away from Betwhale!!!
Betwhale is a fraudulent site. They quickly take your money but it's impossible to get it out. I've been trying to get my money for over 2 months. I requested 2500 of my 5000 balance. They gave me $1000 without telling me they are giving me less. Then I asked for another withdrawal and got 500. Then the one after that I got 300. So I have this balance sitting there. I have called, emailed and spoken to the chat and they give the exact same generic response telling me I need to play more to be approved for bigger payouts. They say it takes 5 business days but my withdrawals that I have gotten are 2 weeks. They want you to give up so they can keep your funds. Its a form of fraud in my opinion. Then they say they have protected themselves in the t&c by saying they can determine to give smaller amounts from bigger withdrawal requests. So it's out of our control. Then they tell me to email the billing department because they are the one that determines the amount given. I don't think this "billing department" exists. I have sent so many emails and not one response. There is no human to talk to or a customer service to escalate the issue. Its just completely in their control and no hope of ever getting all our funds out. DO NOT GIVE THEM A DIME OF YOUR MONEY.
I have a pending withdrawal of 2 weeks now so we will see if I'll see any more money
Update: still no withdrawal still have $2500 they won't release

Avoid betwhale at all cost!
DO NOT use this sportsbook especially if you plan on winning. They gave me a 100% cash bonus up to $1000. I took it, turned the account to $4500 in 3 days then they placed limits on my max betting to $20. You can imagine how angry i was because i had to clear about $20000 in rollover money in order to cash out. Which is not possible when you can only place $20 max bets. Then they gave me some useless answer that they cant control the limits they have on their book because it is set by an outside provider. There is no other sportbook that does this kind of shady stuff. I had to have them remove my bonus plus the winnings, then i had to risk my initial $1000 deposit on blackjack just to cash out because i still had a $1000 rollover on the deposit and i was not going to be able to hit that with $20 max bets on sports. Lucky i won and i took these guys for $1000 and cashed out my $1000 deposit too. They did pay me out but it took 3 weeks because I had to provide them my identity documents and talk to their chat multiple times. DO NO USE THIS BOOK and do not let them get you with their bonuses!!

Restructure your customer support…
Restructure your customer support department. They if human (hard to tell) are uninformed and unable to apply a solution to most problems. Also BetWhale obviously and for obvious reasons caters to the casino players over the sports book players. This is evident in the difference between deposit bonuses ect. The time it takes BetWhale to grade some bets is ridiculous, unacceptable and something that you would never see at other online gaming sites. BetWhale has many good things going on but is in need of changes in a lot of areas. I tell you that the customer support at BetWhale is horrible and your response is to tell me that if I have any issues going forward to contact customer support!! Really? Are these reviews answered by Al ? Because it has the same feeling that you get from customer support. Robotic, scripted responses that are read from a book of answers. Try human to human contact. Call the customer support department human support department and have humans helping humans. After all it’s human beings loosing their money at your casino not Al robots!!
