As like mostly the reviews rubbish delivery and beyond useless aftercare. Test delivered late Royal Mail staff signing on behalf of the recipients. The staff are beyond disgraceful on my first order the woman hung up because she could not understand me. For the record I have a speech problem through a rare illness, so thanks again Better to Know also the last services advisor j spoke to had no idea what I was questioning as she had not seen the email sent directly to Louise Wright but would not STOP TALKING long enough for me explain what my concerns were basically is my employee going to receive the correct result which is what I’ve paid for.

GOV.UK I SUGGEST YOU REVIEW THIS COMPANY AND REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR LIST.

All the money we are paying the thieves in your list why not let the NHS do it and we pay them, the revenue will be more than useful to the NHS instead if these greedy people messing with our lives and earning out of it!!!!

I had just finished a night duty very tired did not want to make a mistake. Elizabeth took me through every detail patiently clearly very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend better to know to all my friends and family who need to travel. Her customer service was excellent. Thank you thank you thank you.

Really terrible service. They booked me in for the wrong test, went all the way there, and had to go back home without the test taking place. Called their customer service and asked for a refund as the test was never taken and the agent argued with me for a full 30mins on the phone refusing to accept that a refund was appropriate even though the doctor didn't administer the test and specifically told me to ask Better2Know for a refund. After 30mins I gave up. The next day I got a call from the agent saying that the refund was submitted to their accounts department and approved and would be in my account in 5 days, which I thought was a positive turn of events however one month later they have yet to refund me. They are not caring medical professionals, just money grabbers.

Instructions in day 2/8 covid test kit are very confusing and inconsistent, riddled with threats of having to purchase a new kit. This 'product' was clearly rushed to market with very little follow up and quality control. The owners of Better2Know are simply enriching themselves by taking advantage of people forced to do these tests.

Do not use. Terrible service. My 48 hour Covid test did not arrive in time for my flight. And the website was very misleading. I thought I was booking a 24 hour test, but it turns out it was 48 hours. Regardless, they failed to provide the result within 48 hours. Never again. I am a frequent traveller.

Legitimate REVIEW. Don't trust the positive reviews, they're employees. You can even verify it my facebook im a legitimate person. Juan Ramon Santiago. Don't trust this company if you're needing a PCR test for travel. I followed all their protocols STRICTLY. kept following up my results ahead of time, only to learn that THEY LOST my sample. Caused a delay in my flight, all the hassles, cost and damage and they won't refund or respond to you properly. AVOID AT ALL COST. not worth your money. Fraudulent testing center.

I made an online appointment for a selected venue at a set time in 2 days. It was accepted and I paid. The next day I was told that the appointment at the selected venue was not available. I booked for another venue. I booked an STI Fast Six Screen with "results same day" but it turns out that this advertised service, that I booked and paid for, was not available. The information on the website is incorrect and the booking process is a shambles. I was able to cancel but not before having paid and gone a long way to the testing venue. Shambles.

Better2Know indeed, but preferably beforehand. I enquired about my Day 8 results on Day 10 only to be told it takes 48-72 hours to process. Over a weekend this could mean a total of 14 days in self isolation, 40% longer than the mandatory 10 days. Customers should be told about this 48-72 hours explicitly, openly and honestly at the time of purchase. Most other providers declare 24 hrs for processing results

Bought a day 2 and day 8 test for two individuals flying from Italy. Sadly one couldn't board.. so only one came over. Hence I only needed the one. After calling their customer helpline they told me there would be a £50 refund fee.. steep but okay. Enquired about returning the test kits and was told to send them back in one of the pre paid envelopes for one of the test kits. This was the information given to me over the phone. So following the lovely lady's instructions I did what she said and posted it out. After a few days I fired off an email to the company enquiring about the status of my refund.. they hadn't received it. They asked me what address I sent it too.. sadly I didn't check or take note of the address. I said it was the same address that the kits were returned too.. in the pre paid envelopes. Here where it gets interesting.. just a blunt matter of fact email stating it should be sent to the head office not to the postage address.. she even took the time to give me the address in the email. She knew I had posted it but think the email was just a way of her giving me the middle finger and saying no refund. 🙄 Stay away from these scammers.. and they need to fix up and maybe train their phone assistant on their company return policies😑
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR COVID TESTING. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DECEITFUL TACTICS TO REFUSE REFUND.

Excellent company

I booked Days 2 and 8 from Better2know and they arrived super quickly. The day 2 result was ready in less than 48 hours. Now, I only have to take my Day 8 test and I am sure there won't be any problems.
I would like to thank Louise Wright for the great customer service. We called her and she was very helpful and patient. I definitely recommend Better2know.

Horrible. LOUISE WRIGHT is a robot.... I paid for the day 2, 5 (test to release) & 8. Do NOT waste your money on the day 5 release. They sent it to me on the 6th day, I sent it back the same day... they receive it on the 7th and takes 48 hours to get your result meaning I would be able to release on the 9th day UNLESS YOU PAY FOR PRIORITY which means 24 hours result, total money making scheme. Sad that companies are utilising this pandemic to take money out of everyone... I called and spoke to someone about getting a refund, not going to happen. They told me to speak to Louise in which I asked if Louise was a robot, they immediately hung up on me. HOW IS THIS A GOVERNMENT APPROVED TESTING FACILITY?? Very upset about my experience.

I used Better2Know as provider for Covid tests, because I came to UK from amber list country. All my results came back to me in time.

I want to say big thanks for Louise Wright who works in Patient Services department in Better2Know. She supported me during all my self-isolation, answered on all of my questions politely and very quickly. She is the best!

I used Better2Know's Day 2 and 8 Covid tests when I arrived in London on March 30th.

At first, I wasn't sure about this service because all UK government-approved Covid test providers had very bad reviews on Trustpilot. Many of them also have very amateur websites, looking like a scam. Thus, I chose Better2Know because the website seems quite professional, and its main focus is not conducting Covid tests. (They also do other kinds of medical tests, so there were lower chances of being a scam).

My Day 2 test was delivered to my place before I arrived in London. (You have to book for a test before you enter the UK, and you can do this maximum of 2 days before. They send you Day 2 test right after you book for your test - on the day of your travel) And I got the results in two days. (It takes one day for Royal Mail to deliver your test, another day for Better2Know to publish your results).

My Day 8 test was sent on Day 7, and I collected it on Day 8. It also took 2 days to get my results. Both results were published in the evenings, no matter how early I sent my test results.

In summary, I did not encounter any problems during this process, thanks to Better2Know. It had a relatively lower price when I booked the tests. Some people complain because they can't get the results on the same day, but you have to keep in mind that you should wait for at least 2 days (excluding holidays and Sundays) since the delivery will take at least one day and take longer depending on how busy they are. However, of course, you should get your results in 2 days (especially your Day 8 test result should be published before your quarantine ends)

COMPLETE AND UTTER DISGRACE - NEVER USE!

I paid for a 'Peace of Mind' test and was told the results would come within 48 hours - and paid 170e for this....

Then they changed their mind and told me I would get the results in 7 working days instead!!!

It is now TWO WEEKS LATER and they still have not responded. I emailed a complaint to no avail, and they promised I would get a 'sped up test result'. However all false promises.

It is like throwing away your money - just wait until you get home to get tested.

Used for the day 2 and day 8 testing after coming back to the UK. Day 2 test results arrived on the 6th day and day 8 test results were recieved after my 16th day.

Would not use again. Poor service and slow response.

I ordered a priority covid test 24hours.
I sent it off and phoned them to give my flight details which they requested.

On the day of my flight after numerous call and promises, they let me know my test would be available until the day after my flight. This was more than 72 hours after they received it.

The cost of the so called 24hr package is £245.
I also lost the cost of my flight and incurred multiple costs with having to book new flights, hotel rooms and rapid covid tests.

Why they ask for your flight details and don’t come through in 72 hours is completely misleading and a money making scam.

If anyone is thinking of ordering one of these tests, I would advise highly against it.
I would recommend getting a rapid test for £199 at an airport hotel a day prior to your flight. You receive the results the same day!
This begs the question, how can the priority so called 24hr test be more expensive and take 4 days so far.

One last thing is; How can this be legal and government approved. They offered to “fudge the dates” of my test to work for my flight. I asked about this as a friend used them to do the same and recommended it to me. Because of my experience I’m putting it out there.

One star is too high of a rating to give this company, but you cant go lower.

I would specifically like to extend my gratitude to Mr.
Eniel Plana, had he not been there today, I would have been in a chaotic situation.

I had wrongly booked for Covid test, instead of booking for Day2 & Day8 Kit, I had booked for antigen test. He had called me up, professionally explained to me the differences of these tests and guided me correctly as to which one is the test that is required by the UK gov for international travelers. He could have just simply disconnected the call and told me to fill the application form by myself, but NO!- Instead, he waited for me to complete the whole online process from booking the correct kit to completing the entire form, ensuring that the payment has been processed through to ensuring me that I have a correct unique reference number to being empathetic over the phone with all his patience. Indeed, we need such good services and we need more people like Mr. Eniel Plana who are genuinely generous.

This experience was truly blissful and highly appreciated. He totally went out of his way to assist me.

I spoke to Susan for some advice, and she was excellent! Very knowledgeable and patient and, when I rang her the next day to speak further to her, she was extremely helpful making sure I went to the right clinic and booked in the correct tests. She took her time and generally seemed to be very caring and professional! An excellent representative for the company!!

I concur with the comments about appalling service, paid for the mandatory UK test to release scheme, this is one of the companies recommended by Govt for the day 2 and day 8 test. I sent the Day 2 test off and 5 days later still no result. They have answered the phone - but first call said it can take 48hrs, 2nd call said it can take 72 hours???? You can get these test results within 4 - 6 hours in many places overseas for a fraction of the price.

I spoke with Isaac (izak) on sat 20th March at 9am - he helped me amend a booking: brilliant service, really good manners, felt at ease with an awkward issue.

I also want to commend Richard who i spoke with previous as well, also excellent and well informed.
