This is a fraudulent enterprise.
They will take your money but not provide a service. Stay away

Awful service, took 6 days to get results for £300 test.
Had a positive result - no help offer - and told that i cant even speak to anyone to help me until 3 more days.
Have had to cancel plans and make urgent phone calls to NHS GP , dont waste your money. Just trust the NHS.
Im so disappointed and now im embarrassed and out of pocket .

I booked 2day arrival tests for my return to the uk from the usa on the 14th Feb 2022. I was advised that my kits were despatched on the 11th feb . and should be at my home for me to comply with Gov requirements. After several emails and well after the deadline the kits arrived on 17th Feb. to late do the tests, when I checked the package it was printed on it to be dispatched on the 13th Feb which is why the kits arrived to late to be of any use.This company took our money for a service they did not provide, we asked for compensation but they completely refused and did not even apologise for their failure. The outcome for us was then to isolate for 5 days and have a test at our local nhs test centre. Frankly this is a company that is good at promising good service but completely fails to provide it. My advice to anyone thinking of using Better2know is Better think Twice check ALL TRUST PILOT reviews [62 % are 1star ] and highly critical, also always use a credit card if you want any hope of getting your money back which is very likely. Buyer Beware I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We paid £20 for two day to lfd Covid tests 11 days before we flew home from Tenerife. They were dispatched the day before we flew home and they were delivered a week after we arrived home. So not particularly useful when the results have to be logged within 2 days of arriving home.
I don’t understand why they dispatch them so late? This does mean that the lab will not need to process our results so maybe this is the reason???
Utter waste of money and time. Refund was declined stating that I had agreed to their terms and conditions when buying.
Absolute piece of nonsense. I have two stars because they did provide enough of a service to get me back into the UK ie the code to put into my passenger locator form.
The emails that I received in response to my queries were prompt but copied and pasted nonsense which didn’t really respond to my queries.
Send them sooner mate. Then people might not be so annoyed if Royal Mail are late delivering.
Unhappy customer. I don’t recommend.

I have been communicating with this company over a test and they told me that they have sent my data to other agencies. Nowhere on their website or test page do they tell you this.

Their privacy policy does list data sharing with partners 'partners required to deliver the products or services you have requested, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies'

However they told me that they also share your personal data with Government agencies without your permission. Who else might they be sharing / selling it to?

I cannot not recommend any company which shares personal data (medical related or otherwise) without asking for your permission first. I strongly suspect that this may not be legal on their part.

Very bad service and poor , not send the COVID kit and not return the money.

I was dealing with Louise Wright, had many questions, all of which were answered the same day, had to change the tests from LFT to PCR because of government ruling, still no problem, day 2 test was waiting for me when I arrived back home, result very prompt, considering I returned sample on Dec 31st.all good. Would definitely recommend

I wouldn’t use this company again. They are writing on the website very nice your kit will arrive on your day of arrival, the kit doesn’t arrived on that day! They send me an email of dispatch confirmation. My 2day kit supposed arrive on Friday but 2nd day test arrived on Monday I supposed to do test on Sunday..
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered 2 lateral flow tests on the 5/12/2021 but then the rules changed on travel so decided not to travel I emailed for a refund an got reply for Louise Wright who refunded me straight away and it was back on my card next day excellent service would definitely recommend and use again.

We have been home now for 3 days having ordered and paid for a PCR test 7 days ago that has still not arrived. After enquiring I have received an e-mail today with no apology just confirmation that the order has been sent and that we chose 1st class delivery. ( An attempt to shift the blame to us for not paying extra.. perhaps we should have ordered through Amazon and it would have been delivered whilst the order was still hot!) and they will resend if not received by the 8th!!! (10 days after ordering) No wonder a lot of people feel that Its all part of the money making scam that covid has become! I wonder if an MP or a member of an MPs family is on their board? FYI. We have taken our own Latteral flow tests and have come back negative...we know we are fine too.

Absolute waste of money! Ordered two tests, that I have never received. After several e-mails and attempts to get refund, I have been told that they will not give me a refund as part of their service is to provide a code to travel. Basically, they admitted that they are simply ripping people off and it’s nothing to do with checking if you have Covid. So if you want to THROW your money away, go for Better2know!🤬

I am very impressed with better to know answer e mails much help on phone and very pleasant thankyou jayne dont go with expert medical my friend s are in their 80 s back October 9 still no result s

I had booked a home lateral flow test for travel day 2 return to UK. Government changed this to PCR. Emailed for a refund or put towards PCR. Told "no" and then my further emails were ignored.
Despite giving them a weeks notice before the home kit was to be dispatched. It has now been raised as a dispute with my bank and they are dealing with it. Daylight robbery.

Worst experience in my life. They didnt send the tests, i asked a refund and they start to avoid. DONT BUY A TEST BY "BETTER2KNKOW" company. You will be disapointed. I garante. Never more. DONT, never again. If u oreder ure f**ked. ZERO STARS.

I ordered few day 2 lateral flow tests from this company because they are listed in the government’s website and they had reasonable prices. I mainly wanted the tests’ codes to use them on my PLF, check in my flight and fly back to the UK. The codes did not arrive after several hours and therefore I asked them to cancel my order as I will obtain the tests from a different company. I emailed them twice and explained that I cannot wait for the codes as I had to do a check in and kindly asked to cancel the order and refund me. 24 hours later the codes arrived and they seemed that no one was reading my emails from this company. I emailed them again and repeated my request and asked them to cancel my order. They ignored me and even said they posted the tests to my address. I emailed again and again and explained that I will not be using these tests as I now received my Boots tests. A lady on an email, Louise, I doubt if any Louise exists, said to me to provide proof and we will refund you. I did, I emailed them my Boots tests receipt and asked again for a refund. At one point they did not even replied to my emails. They have the worst customer service in the world. Their tests did not even arrive at my house. It was only when I told them that I will ask my credit card provider to cancel my transaction and report them to Britain’s Competition watchdog that they came back to me and stated that they will refund me, 18 days after my request to cancel my order. Completely unprofessional company, no customer care at all, no customer service at all. Looks like this company entered the Covid19 market to make some money without the knowledge or the resources in place. Avoid and use a well known professional company.

November 2021 I found this to be a very effective service and having read some of the negative reviews here I can only assume that the company has vastly improved. My daughter recommended it to me having had a similar experience.

No way to get through on the phone line
No response from the chat

Excellent and efficient

I first used Better2Know when I arrived back in the UK in June, on the recommendation of a friend. The customer service was excellent from the first initial contact when I had some questions, to the query and follow up of my Day 5 Test to Release. Day 2 and Day 8 kits were at home waiting for me when I arrived, and Day 5 arrived on Day 5. My results came through on Day 6pm. The response to my telephone queries was always patient, professional and knowledgable.
I am returning back to the UK again soon from abroad, and I will definitely use Better2Know for my tests. Highly recommended.

I had the antibody test, which the service was fine, however per their website I was expecting to be provided a value for both vaccine antibodies and natural antibodies.
