Franky is very helpful and patient. He explained every details clearly which made me easily understand. I really appreciate his help and I would give him a 5 stars.

Defiantly not worth the trouble. This service provided a free consultation and then asked for $100 for a investigation which lead to an additional $395 payment. I was informed my tax issues would not be a problem to resolve. Considering I only owed approximately $2000 in back taxes and $15000 in frivolous penalties which should be removed due to resubmission on tax documents. I was informed it would not take any longer then 3-4 weeks. After waiting 4 weeks I started emailing and was not getting a response until I filed a complaint with BB. Then they finally responded and said I declined the offer, which I was never made aware of. They got back into contact with me since the website phone number is disconnected. I was getting the run around about the offer. They dragged it on another month and continued to give me vague information. Then I was informed they could not assist me. Although the investigation they performed informed me they would. In the end I did not get any relief but m now facing more problems. they do not have CPA's or tax attorneys like they say they do and they certainly do not know what they are doing.

My review is only given to individuals with top quality traits. This has been what my experience working with Howard. He has an excellent active listening skills, empathy, clear with his communication in explaining step by step what to expect. When I have a question, he is very responsive and patient, never cut me off while I am speaking.
He has in depth knowledge, respectful, competent and someone I would want to represent my company. Job well done Howard. Keep up the good work!

OK, I’m gonna be honest here and say that at first I was a little weary about using an outside company to help me with my tax issues, and there are a bunch !!! However, after talking with Frankie, I couldn’t feel better about the direction I’m going and the help I’m getting.
