We paid and engaged this company a year ago and they talked a big plan of how our previous accountant did everything wrong and they were going to take care of 2022-2025 taxes. One year later, they have only put together 2024 and 2025. Now they are saying that they will work on 2022-2023 once 2024 and 2025 are filed and accepted. We call and email without response from our case manager, Alex. I called and spoke to a supervisor, Dora, and she promises to call back the same day and doesn't. Customer service and keeping you up to date on the process is non-existent and we paid a lot of money for this service.

Worked with Nicholas to review the issue I got into where I was really unsure how it gotten into that state from years ago. He was really great about explaining the next steps so we have a plan to address the issue. Really feel like Im represented well and understand the next steps, and he also worked with my budget to make it affordable.

We had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Gay. He Was exceptional in every aspect of the process. Highly professional, very knowledgeable, polite, understanding in a manner that placed my wife and I totally at ease. If anyone deserves 5 STARS it is Nicholas. Simply superb.

I initially contacted BTR approximately two years ago regarding assistance with resolving a balance I owed to the IRS following COVID. I was advised that their services could potentially reduce or eliminate this liability. However, after two years and nearly $1,000 in fees, the only service completed was the filing of my 2024 tax return—something I did not require assistance with.

Throughout our correspondence, I was clear and consistent about the reason I engaged their services and the outcome I was seeking. At this point, I still owe the IRS, have lost my 2024 refund, and have incurred additional costs without receiving the services that were represented to me. DON'T HIRE THEM
