Excellent customer service, Lee was fast to reply and ensure delivery of mattress and bed on days that suited my working pattern. Bed came with simple instructions although it said 2 people i managed to build it by myself! Delivery was prompt within the given time slot. Bed seems perfect although it is for ny daughter and she hasnt slept on it yet but plenty of storage space underneath which is what we needed to store university things whilst home! All round easy experience i would use this company again.

I love my brand new Kaydian Walkworth Ottoman bed ordering via the Better Bed Company was a breeze and their delivery service BJS were great too!

Ordered a Maze Como wood effect pergola complete with blinds.
We are delighted with the look and quality and I am sure it will extend our time of sitting in the garden.

Ordered by phone and spoke to Lee, he was very helpful. I missed the next day delivery by 30 minutes and was expecting my mattress on the Friday. I was so surprised to get a message saying that it would be delivered on the Thursday ( next day ). I would recommend this company. The delivery company gave me a 3 hour time slot and even rang to say they were half an hour away. Very helpful and considerate.

Placed an order with Lee for a MAZE garden furniture set including table - we discussed the order in detail over the phone to confirm what was included. After confirming the order and paying, he came back to advise he would need to charge an extra £500 for the table now - despite the fact that it was advertised as a complete package. The better beds website is showing lots of images of products available to purchase which are in fact no longer available or have been discontinued with the actual manufacturer, so order with caution - they cannot deliver on what they advertise and the prices are very misleading. Stay well clear.

Website was easy to use and online order process was smooth.

Not much communication after ordering, other than receiving order confirmation which said I should recieve my mattress in 3-5 working days.

On 5th working day having not heard anything (other than about 3 template emails asking me to leave a review!) I used their online Web form to enquire about the status and received a prompt reply with an update and tracking number, item was being shipped direct from manufacturer.

Rolled mattress came a day later, vacumn packed via xdp courier. The corner of the cardboard mattress box was soaked with something but luckily the mattress was sealed with plastic.

Unrolled to find the mattress was as described and was a good price.

Would use again probably.

1 star deducted for the premature emails asking for reviews when I hadn't even recieved the product or any updates after order confirmation until I contacted them.

Excellent company to deal with, customer service top notch and bed delivered was of a high quality and good fittings to assemble. Very impressed, would thoroughly recommend.

The company might be good but their delivery company is a total nightmare! DX delivery gives you all day slot, no details when they will approximately turn up. I stayed all day at home, nobody turned up. I send two emails, no response. So far I didn't manage track my mattress. P. S: don't even try to phone.

The delivery was prompt and easy, the gents being willing to carry everything up several flights of stairs. Really helpful and good communication.

The bed itself had a few small dents on two of the panels. Nothing worth sending it back over, but nothing we could have noticed before accepting delivery. Probably will be minor and not too noticeable when fully assembled.

The bed arrived but the slats are missing, the quality of the pine is poor for the price, overall very disappointed
