I would never ever buy anything from this company again. I had to follow up with three emails to see when I would receive my order. The first email said it was lost. The third email said “it wasn’t lost”
It took 2+months and a threat to take my complaint further before I received my package. When the package arrived, it was not even wrapped, it just had an address label attached to a tattered and sticky tapped box.. Very poor customer service

Bought a faulty Gardening pruning chainsaw. Paid $214,98, only received $79.99 refund. Advertised 100% refund. Not happy. Not offered a replacement either.

Product did not arrive 18 days post deducting funds for payment. No confirmations and now waiting reply to email.

Terrible customer service and very poor quality products despite the appearance on the website.

Misrepresentation is there moto.

Only put good reviews on there so called web page.

Their advertising is misleading, they say the hose extends up to e times its length.
They advertise the lengths but these lengths are the EXTENDED lengths.
I wanted a hose to reach about 25metres so bought a 15 metre hose expecting it to extend to at least 30metres, but got a 5 metre hose which only reached 15 metres.
Their response was "sorry the length advertised is the extended length.:"
Shonky advertising.
I will be taking this up with the ACCC.
AND THE HOSE LIIKS VERY LIGHT.

pretty Much what the other reviewers have said. The product is not shipped from Brisbane warehouse butt from China directly and it took over three weeks to get to me. Thee product is not as long as they have claimed so II tried to return it and nothing happens they are now ghosting me. Don't use this company it's crap and they don''t back up their products.

Bought an "unbreakable" hose for a Christmas present. Fast forward 6 months and is making like a sieve. Sent an email with photos and video of said leak. Basically got told too bad, out of 90 day warranty. Reading other reviews, everyone has the same problem. Emailing back and forward has been no use, they're sticking by their "warranty". These houses are cheap, nasty rubbish. For the amount they charged, I could have bought 3 from Bunnings.
ACCC states that fair warranty for hoses is 12 months and these scammers refuse to honour fair requests. DONT BY FROM THIS COMPANY

Thought I was purchasing from a "local" Australian Company with fair "returns policy" etc - did my research or so I thought BUT when you put your trust in someone, it is disappointing to find out that they are just words.... Long story short - Items NOT shipped from their so stated "Brisbane Warehouse" but from over seas AND their "Returns Policy" is just words as they do NOT honour it! Much back & forth, with their refusal to assist (when they eventually got around to replying if at all) refusing to cover return post costs again, as stated on their website (I was well within the time frame of their so called terms) Only after reporting them to the Office of Fair Trading did they issue my refund!
